I walked in and they were talking about inappropriate things, which I could get over if the food was edible. I received my pizza and when I opened it at home it was pretty soggy and inedible. I had to bake the pizza, and the bread sticks before eating them. Not happy. Food was terrible. Staff seemed confused at basic questions. Not a good experience at all.

Walked out after waiting for over 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge myself or the other 8 people in line. Customer service was non existent.
I ordered a Detroit style deep dish pizza. It is advertised as an 8 corner pizza. I received a 3 corner pizza. The entire outside perimeter of my pizza was dough- no crust. I took it back to the store for a refund and the manager argued with me telling me there was nothing wrong with it and hes been working here for 30 years and he straight up got loud with me. I was pretty heated and said I had been coming here for 30 years and I have NEVER been handed something like this. He made all kinds of hand gestures insulting me like I was to blame and that I was crazy for expecting what was advertised and what I was used to getting. My entire family has frequented this exact establishment since I was a toddler and I cant see us ever coming back after such a horrifying experience.
