If I could put 0 stars I would! I went in at around 9:10pm and asked for a fresh xtra most bestest, and he assured me that the ones they made weren’t made “too long ago”. I could see him and the lady were ready to go so I took his word for it trying to be nice. This pizza definitely was sitting for over an hour long! A waste of money!

The guys working at this location are always friendly, quick to solve problems, polite and welcoming! The food is fresh and always hot! This is the only store I order from in my city!
Stuffed crust was soggy and falling apart, deep dish came with banana peppers instead of bacon, and thin crust was not crisp
It's kinda a hidden location, but they serve great pizza.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came in and stood by the registers, waiting patiently without an attitude, but nobody came to ask if I had an order or needed help. I could hear people in the back laughing while I was just standing there in the lobby waiting. Not one person greeted me or even acknowledged that I was there. This location is extremely unprofessional and needs to fix its management and figure out who they’re hiring. I will never come back to this location again I’d rather go to the one on Davenport.

Went in to grab three hot and ready and was told that the three they had out they couldn't sell and it would be a 15 minute wait and when I asked how that was he didn't have an answer and put his arms in the air. There were at least five pizzas ready to go but I couldn't buy any of them?

Tonight, I ordered some pizzas and bread. I was debating on complaining today because the manager was super stressed. During this process in the store, she was only going to give me a few of my items; again, she was stressed, so I told her that was okay, just give me the money for the items I don’t receive. She then explained to me about the count, and she didn’t want to take from her register. Then she gave me everything that was on my receipt about 10 to 20 minutes later. When I finally made it to the house, I discovered 2 out of 3 of my pizzas were wrong and made with pepperonis, the crazy bread was not cooked all the way, and hair was found in 1 of the pizzas. I called up there about 5 times before getting an answer. I explained to her what happened, and I just wanted a refund. I took pictures just in case she thought I was scamming her. She told me that she could only remake the pizzas… I’m upset because I wasted money, time from driving to that side of town, and more. With that being said, I can’t order from them ever again.

Most everything is automated. Must use door dash etc for delivery. Went to Papa Johns...delicious, delivered...human interaction.
Service and food could be hella better but it's convenient
