I tried the wings for the first time today. Very disappointed. I got garlic parm wings and baby when I tell you the sauce is literally up to my first knuckle on the bottom of the container…I mean it looks like it’s supposed to be Alfredo in here.. gross.

I called up there 4 different times today. 3 different times yesterday. No answer at all. Then I go in there to get a hot ready. And the pizzas are all old. I ask for a bread stick another time and there is no parmesan. And they were all old.I'm no longer going there

I have come here for over 20 years and it has gone down hill in the last few years. They seem confused and super slow! Go to the Shields location! Sad! (One young lady seems to have it together, but she is overwhelmed)

I never write reviews, but this is actually mind boggling. To have your employee freak out and shoo us away bc we wanted to get one of the pizzas they had literally just sitting there 10 minutes before close when you would just throw them out anyway, is horrible customer service. There were multiple pizzas and bread sticks waiting, I don’t know if the toothless loser wanted to keep everything for himself, but no other location is Saginaw has ever done this. I wasn’t trying to place an order or have them do any extra work besides turn around to grab the pizza, me pay, then me leave. It could’ve taken 2 minutes and you’d have a happy customer. Also, hire cleaner people, because after seeing the person that was treating us horribly, I wouldn’t eat anything he makes. Gross.

Ordered cheese and herb crazy puffs for my wife! She was eating them later! She told me they had pepperoni in them, not ok for a vegetarian! Very disappointed in there lack of quality control on orders! Will not be back to this location!
Just called to order some pizza puffs. And the the person who was taking my order was rude as hell. I canceled my order and went to a different location. Not sure how they are trained at that location, but it's bad for business to hire rude people. I'll never order from that location again.

Food use to be alright, but they must've got new workers or managment, now the pizza is ROCK. SOLID. SO BAD ITS LIKE ITS WARMED UP WITH A MICROWAVE. Everything else like the cheesy bread and garlic bites are ok, but the pizza is AWFUL.

Please don't confuse Little Caesars as a place to get good pizza. The only reason you go here is because it's cheap. There is a pizza place on almost every corner in Phoenix. Don't settle for bad food. I gave the rating a "one star" because I like the crazy bread.

If I could give no stars, I would. It’s March 20th at 7:30 at night. Everyone on the clock was on their phone, complaining and not making the pizza we ordered an hour prior. So awful.
