This was my first visit to Live Oak Coffee; there will be others! We enjoyed a Beach Bum Latte, Bacon Cheddar Broccoli Traditional Quiche, the Breakfast Burrito, and another latte (which I can't remember right now). The setting is phenomenal with a fresh mid-century mod vibe crossed with modern farm house. The shop really thinks about its guests as there are many types of seating available along with games and other things to bring you together with those visiting the shop with you. In the bathroom, they offer top notch toiletries but go above and beyond by having feminine hygiene products and even diapers available for guest use at no cost. They also have cute merch to purchase.

As for the food... the Beach Bum latte was a terrific blend of caramel sauce with coconut milk in a latte which was so enjoyable and a new taste combo I had not had before. My friend raved about the breakfast burrito. I'll admit, the quiche was not as good as I had hoped; I suspect it was just overcooked as it was darker and chewier than quiche usually is. Service was kind; the person taking our order was a bit slow, but I think she may have been new to the shop and it certainly was not extraordinarily long. I would definitely return to this location and be up for trying other sites, too.

I ordered their pot pie and it came out within 10 minutes, very good service. We also ordered a matcha and it was excellent. The barista also had excellent expertise.

Stopped here just passing through town.
I got a giant frosted cookie, a black iced coffee, and some stickers for my car.

The coffee was … special. Wish I’d bothered to see what it was before I left. It was very good, and unique. I drink a lot of different coffees from cafes and gas stations across the country and this one stood out.

The barista was friendly and chill.

It’s a bright sunny place with tons of windows and seating. Some outdoor seating on a cute patio. Wish I could’ve stayed. Nice selection of stickers and small gifts, cafe logo shirts and travel mugs.
I like how they made a beautiful cheery place in an old building in the middle of an ugly parking lot. A ray of sunshine in a bleak place. Love it.

I’ll stop again next time I go that way.

Walked in with a friend and we were greeted in an enthusiastic yet relaxed manner by the barista; I wish I had gotten his name. The service was top-notch, and the coffee was exquisite! To boot, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Overall, this is an excellent place to sit back with a friend or group of friends and have a good conversation over some of the best coffee in the area.

I was ordering from them 1-2x a week, and now suddenly their entire menu saw a staggering 20% increase in price seemingly overnight. Another great spot ruined by capitalism. I won't be ordering from here again just off principle of fighting greed.

Great place for a coffee! Great atmosphere, clean bathrooms. Coffee was good, had a cinnamon roll but it had been frozen so it needed to be microwaved. Unfortunately that melted the frosting... flavor was good, though.

I'm usually a starbucks girl but they don't have a big variety and it gets incredibly old. So I gave this place a try and I've been there every day for about a week now. I love their cold brew and cookies. They also have a rewards system and I love that too!!

Stopped at the Freeland location this morning. Our first time trying and 3 of us agreed that it was some of the best coffee we’ve ever had. I can’t wait to be driving through the area again to stop and get another!

A Hidden Gem for Mocha Lovers and Coffee Enthusiasts

I can't recommend Live Oak Coffeehouse enough! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. Their Mocha Latte is absolutely fantastic – the perfect balance of rich, velvety chocolate and smooth espresso, topped with just the right amount of foam. Every sip is a treat! The baristas are friendly and skilled, making the whole experience even better. If you're in the area, this place is a must-visit for any coffee lover. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! I'm also looking forward to sampling their coffee beans in the future, as they have a wide selection that I’ll probably buy from – if their drinks are this good, I can only imagine how amazing their beans will be!
