I went their for my birthday and was extremely disappointed in the porterhouse I ordered. It was extremely fatty throughout steak. Most likely will not return because I see no sense in spending that kind of money. The quality of meat they served or buys really disappointing. Mashed potatoes was decent . Salad was good . No birthday discounts.

Let me start off with expressing my gratitude to Logan's for hosting a Veterans Day lunch. I appreciate the recognition you give to all Veterans on this day every year. You deserve better than what was given from this location.
I am absolutely disgusted at the level of care, hospitality, and service given at this here. First, we had to clean our booth seats out AFTER waiting close to 30 minutes when half the tables were open. The hostess looked directly at the liquid, ice cubes, and straw that plainly existed before giving us the "server will be with in a few minutes" and quickly scurrying off to do nothing.
Table and menus were sticky. Table had salt all over it from the previous guests, so clearly not even wiped down. Took the server over 10 minutes to perform the initial greeting and drink order. Two waters with lemon. We get one water with lemon, and one water. Not a big deal, but listening in hospitality is a pretty big skill to have. While ordering food everything had to be repeated numerous times for the waitress to understand. She may be new, and if so, that is understandable. Whatever, pressing on.
While we wait for our food, there are at least 20 people waiting to be seated at this point. Same scenario, open tables everywhere, but even more aggravating is all the dirty tables that haven't even been cleaned off yet. All these people are waiting and being told at least a 20 minute wait. For what purpose? Why are these folks subjected to the cold entry way when there are tables available if someone took a second to clean them off?
Seeing the manager/shift lead come out and grab glasses off each table and disappearing was probably the most aggravating thing. Nothing worse than someone more clueless than those they are supposedly supervising, but then not even taking the initiative to take care of the issue or delegate that task. In our entire time here, there were a total of 7 tables with dishes and food still on them from previous guests. Four of those tables were there BEFORE we sat down.
Someone please explain how we can't get tables flipped in a timely manner? That's money being lost no matter what the scenario. Free lunch or not. Why isn't every table and chair being utilized?
Skip to the food. The limited menu items for veterans is getting smaller and smaller every year. Just would have liked a small steak myself, and while it may sound ungrateful, that is not the intent. Merely an observation as other business offer just appetizers, a breakfast sandwich, or a $2 coffee. Just feels like the actual gratitude and appreciation is diminishing as inflation drives prices. Businesses want to participate, but are ultimately being handicapped in that regard based on the current economy. I settled for the Cheeseburger. If anything, it's a classic American staple that can't be messed up, right? Not this one. Again, not to sound ungrateful, but this was nothing more than a frozen patty you would expect out of a Sam's Club sleeve of burgers. I honestly wouldn't feed my dog that burger. Food was mediocre at best and if Logans continues sacrificing quality for quantity, they will soon have to close their doors.
To summarize, this is probably one of the worst experiences I have had on a Veterans Day lunch. I appreciate the attempt from corporate, but this location is in need of a serious overhaul in terms of management and hospitality. I may have been out of the service industry for a long time, but this location is atrocious. There was nothing pleasant about the experience here at all and it infuriates me to see the lack of care and disregard for all the fellow veterans that came out to have a sliver of recognition.
Every single employee here should be ashamed. Management should be ashamed. Corporate should be ashamed. To all the vets that ended up leaving, hope you found a better experience somewhere else. To everyone e

Our waiter was great. Very slow. But that's because she was doing everything. Wrapping the silverware, waiting tables, brings food, exc. While 3 workers were just sitting in the corner talking. I made a rude comment. And the 3 started helping others and bam. All the tables got there stuff and we all were happy.
Help each other out. Quit having laugh time in the corners.

Service was good but the food wasn't very good. The ribs were cold by the time they came out, and the flavor was not very good at all.
