On our way home from Clare. My wife wanted to stop at Long John Silvers because of fond memories of going there with her grandpa, grandma and mom. So we went through the drive thru and ordered the #1 fish combo. The food was hot (not spicy) and delicious. And the guy who took the order provided excellent customer service. So the customer service and quality of food deserves 10 Stars!

Over 20 mins wait in a completely dead restaurant for dogfood over rice. I'd be upset in a restaurant, but this ain't fat and it barely qualifies as food Overpriced and underwhelming. Staff are slow, unfriendly and that's the manager we're talking about. Burn the place down and start over, cause there's nothing worth redeeming.
If I could vote Zero stars, it'd still be a generous review.

The people that I interacted with couldn't care less if they sold food, or, in my opinion they couldn't care less if they had any customers.
I cannot offer any suggestions on how to correct this, but someone really should go in there as a blind shopper. Let's get a corporate person familiar with LJS policies and let them offer suggestions!!!

I went soon after they opened and food was fresh and good! Service was good. I didn't have to wait too long. They recently updated their menu and it's much better: variety and quality. I highly recommended this location.

Old fish shrimp and fries they double Fried it so it would be hot the chicken was the only thing good in my platter. And different color from the rest. Won't be back hopefully bay Rd is better
