I was excited to drive by and see this location. The outside is not in perfect condition but inside the store it was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. A lot of things about this visit was nostalgic for me as I used to go to the location at 8 Mile (Detroit) until they closed it years and years ago. Even the flat paper dishes to pump the tartar sauce into and The Malt vinegar was there! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the food.

On our way home from Clare. My wife wanted to stop at Long John Silvers because of fond memories of going there with her grandpa, grandma and mom. So we went through the drive thru and ordered the #1 fish combo. The food was hot (not spicy) and delicious. And the guy who took the order provided excellent customer service. So the customer service and quality of food deserves 10 Stars!

The people that I interacted with couldn't care less if they sold food, or, in my opinion they couldn't care less if they had any customers.

I cannot offer any suggestions on how to correct this, but someone really should go in there as a blind shopper. Let's get a corporate person familiar with LJS policies and let them offer suggestions!!!
