While waiting for my coffee, I observed the staff making french fries putting them in the containers while simultaneously eating the french fries😫

Today I visited this McDonald's Feb 26th, 2026 at 8AM. I had a WONDERFUL!!! experience this morning!!! Customer service has really died especially at fast food places but this McDonald's EVERYONE there this morning was sooooooooooo kind, soooooooo polite and each person had suchhhhhhh warm and welcoming attitudes!! IT WAS SOOOO REFRESHING!!! and I think it's important to show appreciation for the ones who make a difference in people's lives by just being kind ❤️

I got the cops called on me because of McDonald’s mistake, they could not get my double fish sandwich the small fry correct and they couldn’t refund my money on my card. They kept my card until the cops got there and it all could’ve been prevented but managers wanted to feel entitled, rude unkind. Cops didn’t do anything, but look at her like she was an idiot. I wanted to leave she didn’t give me my card back. I told her she had to cash me out because it was a prepaid card and eventually at the end she cashed me out. I always go here in the morning. Service sucks at night all McDonald’s suck at night . I was not drinking. I was working came off a late night. I wanted to have something to eat before I went home and they treat people very badly. Like why be mean and unkind. Also they gave me an 2 dollars and a totally different receipt

The hamburger is fake 3d printed but breakfest is good also watch ur debit cards here the managment ignores the fact sum of there empyloes use card scanners and make charges to ur cards at this location

a heavyweight white woman with an attitude refused to cook to order then proceeded to refuse to make a caramel frappe and when i got my food it wasn’t cooked and tasted moldy also found hair in my food im guessing they are hiring anybody now

Made me wait 15 minutes for my order and still forgot items. It was a simple order with only 4 items.
The complaints should be considered by management as its spot on happening ordered waiting extra long no big deal half the order was wrong and was on my lunch break so not much i could do there with time so not only did you get my money you got my time as well.. and its not really to hard to look up look whats supposed to be in the bag and look down and confirm that's what's in it before handing it out .... I suppose I should of went next door taco bell and bk hasn't been lacking

I came in for a meal to get monopoly pieces and only got 1 of 3. I got large size meal which should have had game pieces on burger fries and drink. Out here scamming people I'll be getting a lawyer.

Idk what changed but this place has went so far down hill they should be embarrassed. Waited 8 minutes for them to fix my order, where I was charged extra for extra sauce on my bagel and received hardly any, burnt bagel, grosssss, for them to tell me I had to wait for fresh steak. Which I can appreciate, but it wasn't that hard of a request to get it right the first time
