The wait times are outrageous. Seem like all the local McDonald's are using the same playbook. I've been parked and waiting for 1 sandwich and 1 hash browns for over 10 minutes. The entire lot is just full of people parked waiting and no food comes out.
Their only answer to reviews is to submit one on McDonald's website where they just say they will forward it to the location. They don't care. You used to get a coupon for free items when they made you wait as an apology. Now they just don't care.
How long do I sit parked waiting for them to bring me food before I just go get a refund? I ordered at 1020, breakfast is over now, and I still have no food. Unreal!!

Horrible isn't the word... Atrocious customer service and even corrupt management!!! Sat there waiting for my breakfast about 25mins..3 breakfast sandwiches...3 hashbrowns..the bad part was the taking my McDonald's points and not giving me what I redeemed them for...You could throw a rock to the restaurant from my front door and make it in the parking lot or I would not be going!!!! Can we please just get it together

Best Experience I've had at McDonald's in my life. Food was fresh and freaky fast. I placed an order and it wa ready before I sat down. My reviews are always non bias and fair. They ice cream machine was working too. That's always a plus

We waited 10 min in line,order an Apple pie. Then paid then went to pickup and No pies are available. If we wait ten more minutes it would be ready then. The point is don't charge a customer for an item that is not available.Dont waste any more if my time.
