Placed an order to eat there, grabbed our number, placed it on the table and waited for our food to arrive ... and waited ... and waited ... finally went to the counter to check on our order. The register employee had entered our order as a "to go" order. The food had been made and left to sit in bags .... and get cold. The on shift manager said that they would remake our food and it would be a few minutes. Our order was for 6 people, so we knew it would take awhile for them to remake our order. Within 90 seconds of Us walking away from the counter our food arrived... The employees simply took the food out of the bags and placed the food on trays and brought it to our tables. No way did they remake our order. 🤨 With what it cost, they should've served us freshly made food, not food left to sit on the counter because their employee made a mistake.

Clean area but the service is complete crap if I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Me and my kids have been waiting 20 mins for our food while they play in the play place. Have went out to get staffs attention multiple times and all they do is stare at you! Won't be here again.
Edit: Before leaving i went to the front to get my money back cause i refused to wait any longer for food that never came to begin with. The lady who was cashing me out over heard my kids sad and upset that I refused to wait any longer for them to make new food and just wanted my money back so she kindly took it apon herself to make my 2 kids each a happy meal because they had been waiting and were hungry. Iv already said thank you 10000 times but I wanted to say thank you again 1000 more times!!. That made my children's day and I greatly appreciate it. I wish I knew your name 😔.

Make sure you check your order if you use the drive through. Missing items, wrong size items; go through your bag because you won't get what you ordered. App users especially beware, make sure you actually get the special items that you have already paid for.
Sandwiches sloppily put together. Sauce either slopping everywhere or barely any on the sandwich at all.
All in all, Freeland McDonalds needs to get it together. Visit at your own risk.
A few of you will get this as dog owners and I am sure a few of you dog owners I will be publicly shamed. It's important to know my family and I have been going to the McDonald's on State Street in Saginaw, Michigan for years. Bless my wife, but it's always been her thing to get our dogs chicken nuggets on rare but special occasions. Over the last weeks both the Vet and my wife have done everything we could to help Nina fight to live . Today out of our desperation to try and get her to eat something to eat I went to this McDonalds as a grown man in tears explaining my scenario knowing it's a lunch item I even offered to buy them frozen. Keep in mind I'm a 50 year old grown man in tears just trying to buy nuggets for his dog as a last meal. The manager without any sympathy or hesitation says nope it's a lunch item can't be sold. Already embarrassed and defeated I left. The purpose of this rant is to say there is a huge difference between when a person who could do something or they can't. I will never forget the manager at this store . I mean I could go back at lunch time and buy them but like she did she chose not too versus could have. I will never go back to that McDonalds again.

I would like to compliment the staff at this location. I usually use the drive through once a week to pick up a mobile order. The staff is always extremely kind and positive. It is very refreshing to have this experience at a McDonalds. It takes no time to tell someone to have a nice day, they do this plus some. Thank you.
