I’m a dasher and this place lies when DoorDash contacts store to verify that the order is unavailable. I have lost my income because of their lies. managers target certain dashers when you speak up. The managers they got at night are the main ones

We ordered three meals, and a Big Mac and small fries. We did curbside pick up. We waited 11 mins for our food, when it says it will be out in 2-5 mins (that’s a joke). The guys finally gave us our food. All of it was in one bag (that’s 10+ items)! It was too full to close it. Also the three drinks were not in a drink carrier! (Whose car has three cup holders?) I asked the worker if the sauces were in the bag because we had nuggets, he didn’t know. So I tired to check but they put so much food in there I couldn’t even tell- he went and got me some (which was the only good thing about this pick up). Get home with the food. There was no sauce in the bag, and there were no straws. But wait… that wasn’t it! We ordered four burgers total- three of them didn’t come with cheese on them, so one had cheese out of the four that was suppose to have it. Two out of the four of the burgers didn’t have pickles. And one was just plain! I don’t know what happen? New workers, or just lazy ones? But they did a terrible job on our order! That’s after waiting 11 mins after parking. They were busy, but they need to figure it out. Every time we go to this McDonald’s they either forget something, or just have our order wrong. We don’t even modify our orders! One time they forgot a whole meal, out of four we ordered. I don’t even know why we keep going back. If I’m going to spend $9+ on a meal, and half of it be wrong!

Ridiculous , Sat at the speaker for 5 plus minutes while 4 Cars at the other speaker were waited on and pulled ahead and my order still wasn’t taken? Every time I come to this one it’s a problem.

How does the front counter not take cash at 7 am on a Tuesday? The manager tells u to use the drive thru. Bogus .

One of the male employees was smoking weed in the bathroom and put the remains into the toilet. It wasn't even flushed, still in there. Whole room reaked of weed. Foot prints on the toilet seat because they looked over the stall to see who came in.
Had a very poor experience at this McDonald’s on Bay Road in Saginaw, MI today around 1:00 PM. The drive-thru employee was rude and had an attitude from the start. I was using the mobile app, but I was never asked for my app code. When I provided it myself, the attitude continued. After placing my order, I never received any confirmation on my mobile app, which made me uncomfortable moving forward with the transaction. Because of the lack of confirmation and the poor customer service, I decided to pull out of the drive-thru line without completing my order. Very disappointing experience. Customer service and better handling of mobile app orders are definitely needed at this location.
