Order was wrong in the drive thru. I ordered a large drink and they gave me a small and lied and said it was a small on the order. I went inside and got a new large cup. Once I got home my wife saw the two burgers we ordered were made wrong, none of the extras we paid for were on the burgers. When I called for a refund the manager asked for proof of the wrong burgers and the receipt. Like are you hurting cash that bad you need me to drive all the way back to the store and show you your mess up? My pregnant wife was starving and needed food now, does she need to puke it up to show you? Ridiculous.

Ordered breakfast at 10 am through the app, arrived 5 minutes later. Waited almost 40 minutes while they hunted down my order and then made me take lunch instead because they lost it and closed breakfast. It literally seemed like nobody was in charge at the store.

And someone who works third shift I really would appreciate if a McDonald's labeled open 24 hours was open 24 hours. However it seems for some reason between 3:00 to 5:00 a.m., this particular McDonald's seems to always be closed with all of their lots and signs that labeled them as open 24 hours open. And there's always people there that answer when you pull up to the drive-thru specifically to tell you that they aren't open even though all their lives in signs would I advertise them as being open 24 hours. It seems to me like there might just be some folks who need to learn how to do their job

Update: Bagels back, but this location is one of the worst in Saginaw. Still one star. It shouldn't take 20 minutes for hard nuggets and soggy fries. The staff are all clearly frustrated as well.
