Worse McDonalds in Saginaw hire a bunch of younger kids with no training or don’t even care. Their to busy on there personal phones then cooking your food or doing their jobs.Cant take your Oder right or give you the food you ordered and then give you cold food after waiting 20 mins and then treat you like crap when you ask for warm food after waiting for your food and give you cold food .this place is a joke and needs to get it together and fix how they treat costumers and poor management and staffing.

Sat in an empty drive through for a few minutes. Another car pulled up and their order got taken before mine.
Well you come here to get coffee in the morning, ask for vanilla syrup and pay extra and then it’s all stuck to the bottom of the cup (they must not stir it I guess) with the sugar and there is no supplies to stir your coffee after they hand it to you with no acknowledgement and don’t even say thank you as they just start taking a drive thru order while handing you a subpar coffee. Can we just get all robots please? And stir sticks maybe…
The sad part is we just overtime get used to this service, it honestly would be better having no human contact at all , maybe the prices could come down again

Hi, Usually, I have a very good experience at this McDonald’s. I happen to go by here on Christmas Eve. I understand they are busy that’s fine I pull up to the speaker and I’m not sure if the worker has said anything to me yet because my heater was so loud. So I turned my heater off and kindly say hello? The worker who is some larger guy with braids or maybe dreads wants to be a smart ass and asked me if I’m on the phone because I don’t need to say hello “ he knows I’m there “. Sir if you don’t like customer service then get a different job. I left and went to state st McDonald’s instead. Because Honestly I didn’t trust someone with an attitude like that on Christmas Eve to not spit in my food or something.
