This place was filthy!!! I couldn't find a clean table to sit down at to eat our meal. I had to wash some tables down just so we could eat our meal. If i knew where they hid the vacuum i would have used it too. The staff were extremely rude and tried to ignore us multiple times while we tried to order. Go to any other McDonalds. The people and environemnt here are disgusting. I hope the food and health code inspector can find some time for a visit.

I try and avoid this McDonalds every chance I get. Inevitably we eat here once in a while for whatever reason. I’m not lying when I say that every time I go through the drive thru, it’s a wait. Last time I waited 25 minutes. They still got my order wrong. Couldn’t turn around and send it back because I was late for a game. But man…this is the worst McDonalds out there. I don’t know how they can be so bad for so long.

This place sucks so hard. I avoided it for months because they can't get even the most simple order right, then I stopped there today against my better judgement and once again they reassured me that I should never come back here. First they tried to hand me the wrong order, and when I told them it was the wrong order they acted like I was an idiot and read off the contents of some other person's order to while I told them multiple times that it wasn't mine. Then, when they finally wrapped their heads around the incredibly complex issue and handed me my order, I found that they had forgotten about half of it. So I went inside to wait another ten minutes for them to give me attitude about getting the rest of my order. And after all that, they still screwed the order up lmao

horrible service. went through the drive through felt like i was at a funeral with the way they sounded, pulled up to the window to pay as soon as the girl saw me looked like she wanted to kill me. got our food from a different girl same look… also my mcchicken was horrible don’t recommend. headquarters need to fire a whole new team.

Ordered a large fry with my meal, and they were half filled and carton did not have monopoly code, which is why I ordered the large. Fries were also lukewarm at best. Maybe instead of focusing on speed, focus on the quality of product you are making. For over $10, you shouldn’t be getting cold food. Drink station was also noticeably dirty

I used to frequent here for lunch because I really enjoyed the nice workers who were very friendly and chatty but I lately had a few bad experiences with a manager I think his name is Brandon. He has a beard, white, skinny, unkept. He is very violent with his demeanor and overall makes me uncomfortable. He comes off bad for business and possibly under the influence: I am disappointed because this is the closest McDonald’s the my house. It’s inconvenient at my age to drive farther

Their fried foods are always gross but the final straw was pulling in at 11:22 pm and them being closed despite google saying they close at 12:30 am

Went through drive through and ordered a hot fudge sundae with m&ms and I used the app. The women working the front filled the sundae to the brim with vanilla ice cream and added a tab of hot fudge and M&ms. Rather saved the money and ordered and ice cream cone :/

I was surprised to see such terrible reviews when going to add a review for my most frequented fast food stop.
I’m sure a lot of the issues others posted about might just be a specific crew/shift of workers, as the shift that is regularly working around 3:30/4pm is always polite and professional. There’s 2 guys working there who are usually at the windows for paying/getting food and they always greet you with a smile and say thank you have a nice day.
I’ve never had my Oder be wrong, but sometimes the burgers are very messily put together but that’s a fair trade off for quick food and good customer service.
After reading these reviews i was shocked at how many people have had a bad experience at this store, and hopefully management will try to rectify the issues others have mentioned.
