So unprofessional. I had to wait over 20 min just for someone to take my order. Which nobody was in the drive thru and the only person ahead of me was waiting on an Uber order. All you heard was all the employees screaming and laughing acting a fool. The customer ahead of me tried to get someones attention after 10 minutes no one responded. Then he started yelling just to get someones attention just for a cup of water. Nobody was doing there job
. I literally came in for 3 cookies and it took 30 minutes. Nobody in the drive thru or anything. Just a bunch of lazy employees not doing there jobs. Thinking it's play time. Terrible customer service.

Can’t really tell you how service was cuz their doors are locked and hour after they open and the drive thru guy wouldn’t answer , probably why all the businesses in the area are closing idk

2 Grub Hub orders in a row from this location. Only got half my order both times. When I called, the manager had several excuses and failed to see the problem that none of them can add or do any kind of simple math. I don't want a Grub Hub refund, I want what I ordered. The receipt on the outside of the bag is not equal to the contents, nor could they ever, because my whole order fits into 2 bags, not 1.

I asked for a quarter pounder with cheese and NO ONIONS...I got onions. It's a good thing I checked...I'm allergic to onions and could have been in serious health problems or death if I ate them.

Took forever to get the food. We waited for like 20 minutes to get the breakfast we ordered. How is that a fast food place? Could have went to a diner for the same price and wait time but would have gotten fresh food….

I placed a mobile order. There was no one in the drive thru and it was relatively slow and yet It took over 30 minutes to get my food. Go to a different McDonalds, you'll save yourself from wasting your time.

Mcdonald's uses fake meat. The only thing any good anymore is the breakfast but I even question the quality of those food products as well.

They didn’t get my order right, and sandwich both have plastic on them. Order quarter hamburger, they put cheese on it and plastic was on it. My grandchild cheese burger was had plastic inside sandwich. They didn’t give me the apple slices I ordered. I won’t be going back there after this. And I was nice enough to pay for someone else food while I was there

I never leave reviews but this was awful. Left without anything after waiting 30 minutes for a large fry 6 nuggets and a McDouble. Not too difficult but staff was not helpful at all. My wife and baby were waiting in our car and I couldn’t wait any longer

Horribly trained location all around, manager included. Made a order on the McDonald's app, if an item isn't available on the McDonald's app then the store refunds it as there isn't any form of dispute option on the McDonald's app. It even says in the app that the restaurant handles these refunds. Still in the drive through and they're just yelling at us saying they don't do refunds on anything they didn't ring up themselves which is just straight up false information. Will be aggressively reporting this location to corporate, franchise or not they cannot be letting this kind of lying and terrible trained service go.
