Drive-through cashier shorted me $15.00. I told the girl at the pickup window, who told the manager. She said they had to count the cash drawer and asked me to pull up in front of the door. After waiting 10 minutes, no one came out to inform me, so I went inside. The manager had not even started to take care of my problem and acted upset that I came inside to see her progress. I had to leave to make an appointment, so I will follow up with corporate.(5/13/25 between 12pm and 12:15pm).

They always seem to be out of napkins. And then when you call the complain about it they hang up on you and refuse to answer your call. I didn't even get to speak to a manager. Now I'm going to corporate.

The lady at present window today at 10am was so rude when all I did was ask a question nicely I don’t know if she’s having a bad day but you shouldn’t treat other people like that because you are having a bad day all I wanted to know was if my large Carmel hot chocolate was Carmel because they said it was just a hot chocolate she didn’t have to be rude all she had to do was turn around and ask if it was Carmel but I will not be coming back because that is very unnecessary and I never have a problem when I come here until this morning and my large Carmel hot chocolate or my large coffee wasn’t made right the coffee not even hot

This McDonald’s had me waiting over 30 min for a simple frie and pop. Ordered on the app, they never came out. I called, lady was so rude and harsh. Do not come here these people are horrible and the fries taste so stale

Excellent food, atrocious customer service. I have placed and paid for online orders, only to show up and be told they can't make any food. I already ordered and paid! Noticed all staff goofing around, laughing having a great time. This place need adult supervision and employees that actually want to work. It's customer service, hello!

An untrained worker brought my burger to my table rather promptly (kiosk order); but failed to bring a cup for my beverage; and failed to remove the table marker. So I had to go to the counter to collect a beverage cup, leaving my table marker on the counter. At most every location in my area, workers are either not trained to serve kiosk-order customers; or they're forgetting what they're trained to do!
