At the drive through waited 15 min, other drive through cars going thru like crazy, guy taking orders hasn’t a clue. What’s going on!!!

They made my order wrong, I checked it and actually TOUCHED the food. And left it at the counter after they remade me anither one. 5 minutes later I saw them reusing the same burgers to make another order... Unsanitary to say the least. And the remade order was still wrong, not worth going back again.

Soggy lukewarm fries during lunch and the got my burger wrong. I asked for no onions and extra pickles. What I got was no onions no pickles. 😞

If you like waiting over half an hour for your food while not one employee says a word to you or acknowledge the wait then do I have the night time take out experience for you. I have never in my life seen a less professional service team. Zero effort zero care nighr shift

This place is the worst. I hate it when I forget and come back! U always have to pull over to wait 15 mins for your food. And 90% of rhe time its still wrong. This is the only mcdonald's that is so terrible with service.
Went in drive-thru and sat there for about 15 minutes without anyone asking us what to order. About 6 or so cars in the other line went through and got their orders.

Went through drive thru, paid $37. Burgers were overdone and dry. FF were good n fresh, but I will go back to BK next time. Yucky

They got my order wrong but the manager was very patient and kind even when under pressure because it was very busy.she offered to make it right an got me a free sandwich and mustard wasn't on there but I told her it's ok because she did allot and I know she was stressed but she took it very well .so I didn't make her put mustard and denied the packs so she can rest .she handled the situation well .I was upset for a moment then realized it's not her fault she did help me so kudos to this manager here . I hope it gets better for you in there Mrs! Please give her a kudos shout-out for her hard work an dealing with customers even when we aren't having a good day she made mine better just by her kindness
