I enjoyed a flight of beers here with a friend of mine, and we had a good time. It was fairly busy during my visit, but the bartender was still friendly and the place seemed nice. The beers were good, and there were some creative ones among the few I tried. It was a comfortable place, and I’d definitely visit again if I’m in the area.

After picking up my lunch down the street, I headed down. At 12:45 pm, they are still closed. They're supposed to be open at noon. Well, crapola. So, I sat at an outdoor table two doors down. Afterward, on a whim, I walked back by and, low & behold, they were open. Huzzah! Turns out someone forgot to show up for their shift, so that's why they didn't...

We’re always interested in trying new microbreweries, so we popped in on our way traveling to northern Michigan. With limited time, we had one beer each but regretted not budgeting more time. Both were in the IPA family and both were outstanding. Will definitely be returning.
