Refused service. Received wrong food then they would not make my food right. Said they sent their cooks home early. How can you be open until 10 pm and refuse customers at 945 pm? They said they were out of food and weren't cooking anymore. Then proceeded to tell me that they were closed now.

The amount of chicken (4 pc) I received was ridiculous. When I asked if I could have a little bit more chicken, what looked like the manager of the restaurant, looked at the lady who was serving me and told me”that’s enough”. Infront of me. I liked their orange and teriyaki chicken but idk if I’d go to a place like that

Really irritated to drive across town to find out they have closed more than a half hr early! Doors closed before 9:30pm. Can see the food is all gone and being cleaned for closing. You need to change your hours to the truth! Closed by 9pm. Obvious tonight this location Bay rd Saginaw has different closing times. 8/27/25.
Went through drive through, as I normally do, and inevitably they screwed up my coffee order and forgot am item. This is a common occurrence, which is too bad because they have some really nice people, but the just can't get right!

I get takeout from here maybe once a month, so I know how it’s supposed to taste. At 7pm today I ordered my orange chicken and fried rice and oh my God. I love love spicy food, but Jesus Christ, whoever made this batch must think takis aren’t hot because I was acting like I was a guest on Hot Ones. there were multiple chilis in my orange chicken. If I was a bland person who didn’t like spice I probably would’ve died
