Sports bar been here 4 times and when i come alone i am luckey to get a drink order. Food usally good but tonight , I order a hamburger and i get small burnt meat .

A few weeks ago I spent $48 just on fried pickles, crab cheese and nachos and everything was horrible and not even cooked. I called and Rachel said that she was not surprised my food was bad because the kitchen had not been good all night. She said a manager would call me the next day. Never did. I called two days later and a guy answered the phone laughing unprofessionally and told me that the manager would get to me and I was on the list to be called. I did not get called. I called again the next day and the same laughing guy answered and said oh yeah you will get a call. And nothing. I frequented this place and so did my family. Not anymore. That is horrible service and a waste of hard earned money when it was supposed to be a treat. We ended up having ramen noodles that night the food was bad.

Pierce Road Bar and Grill is a restaurant geared to the college crowd from across the street. The food was good, as was the service. But they seemed understaffed for the number of people who were there for lunch. My issue with the atmosphere was how dark it was at noon. I needed the flashlight on my phone to see the writing on the menu in the corner where we were seated. I think they did a good job handling the crowd, but the food was just good not great.

Service is slow here. If your on a timeline I'd try a different location. It was disappointing they wouldn't let us order a grilled cheese beause we weren't under 12.

Briscut mac and cheese was great. Burgers were very good. Salads were average. Service was good and friendly but food came out a little slow. Not terribly slow but seemed longer than it should have been.

I can’t speak highly enough about this restaurant. All of the staff were polite, highly competent, and prompt. I’d especially like to highlight Shelby, Sophia, Max, Rachel, and John for making my first visit a great experience.
We always have such good food and drinks when we stop in. Our server today, Maddie, was fantastic! Orders were accurate, drinks were full, friendly service, never had to ask for any thing- she was on it! Added bonus- she even had great interaction with our 2 year old 😊

Food was okay, tartar sauce tasted weird like it was mixed with ranch. Ordered lunch for 5 people, spent a little over $100, and multiple items were forgotten. I did not have time to go back to the restaurant. Lovely atmosphere inside but do not recommend takeout. Staff was nice.
