I used to love their meatlovers stuffed crust pizza. I had tried one about a year ago (hadn't had one in about 5 years) and wasn't impressed. Thinking it was a fluke, we went there and ordered one, had a seat and prepared myself to have pizza flashbacks. Wellll, it wasn't even close to what I was expecting. It was horrible. I will not be going back.

Generally i always order from pizza hut the other day though friday jan 31, 2020 i ordered 2 20oz bottles of pop and a water my order was $17.32 iused my points for pizza and got cheesy bread. Well they took an extra $4 out of my bank account. So they took $21.32 out of my account instead of $17.32. This has never been a problem until now i have proof of my bank account and of what my total was.

They did have a large party there but it took a good while before we got our drinks. We put in our order and about 15 minutes later they came back to our table and told us they didn't have one of the toppings we wanted. We also asked for ranch with our garlic knots that we never got but they also didn't charge us for it so theres that. Pizza was messy overly greasy like dripping. I dont know if it was just a bad night for them but me and my family will not be coming back.

We a witnessed an employee take out trash, then come back in and start working. He never washed his hands. He brought out our drinks but we refused to drink or dine there. We mentioned to the same employee to cancel pizza, explained the reason why and then we left.

Decent pizza for the most part. Their menu is very limited now regarding wings and bread. They keep changing the sauces for the wings. As soon as I find one that I like, they discontinue it.

Service was slow, dining room temp was FREEZING, never brought a drink that was ordered. Not worth the money, at all.

I ordered a P’zone it was half raw dough. They lacked adequate staff. One lady trying to run the whole front made it difficult to be serviced bless her heart however it was impossible for her to keep up. However the cooks need to be retrained in cooking.
