Pizza is great but unfortunately we've had to start going elsewhere after finding out these employees have to work multiple jobs because this establishment doesn't pay them a living wage. Definitely going to be avoiding this location in the future

2nd time I've ordered and paid for extra cheese,even called and reminded them to add it ,because they last time they didn't,.. bad enough I had to drive over 25 min to pick it up . .. never again 😒 dry under sauced and no extra cheese

Despite the busy atmosphere and influx of customers, the Pizza Hut location on State Street only had one employee, Austin, working. However, this did not hinder the exceptional customer service he provided. Despite the constant ringing of the phone and a steady stream of guests, Austin remained calm and patient, providing each customer with top-tier assistance. His dedication and positive attitude are truly commendable, and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for his hard work. Thank you, Austin, for not only making our pizza delicious, but also for making our experience at Pizza Hut a pleasant one. Keep up the great work!

Can you guys consider expanding your delivery range a bit? Both Papa John's (which is further away...) and Jet's Pizza deliver to me but Pizza Hut will not. I understand that there needs to be a cutoff limit, but consider increasing it by even just a half-mile or so? Your direct competition in the area has a larger delivery range than you do.

food is good and hot, wait staff is mean and cold. ): they got confused reading the ticket for my 9:15 scheduled order and made it when i placed it and so i had to wait for them to remake it which is fine i genuinely don’t care. but they blamed it on me for no reason?? (confirmation email showing time scheduled for pickup in picture) and then i wondered if maybe they had lost track of the order bc it had been past the wait time and obviously they’re a bit disorganized i thought i said “hey is my food ready? 😄” but the girl up front must have thought i called her a mean name bc she gave me the dirtiest look possible when she told me it wasn’t. idk if they’re all mad at me bc i scheduled an order or if they don’t get paid enough or if they’re something else going on but it genuinely would not have hurt to be kinder

Food was ok. We went in for 2 dollar Tuesday and the staff made us feel like peasants. Only because they acted extremely annoyed at how busy they were for this sale. I have 6 children and all of them wanted one. They told us 4 limit, which is fine, but I sent my oldest daughter in to get 4 more and they almost didn't give it to her. Nonetheless, they took away dining in. The restaurant location is small and we were all cramped. I person on register on 2$ Tuesday will not work. Please do better.

It's a pizza hut. What exactly do you need to know?. High prices no deals. Straight average. Also bought 3 pizzas and 3 bread sticks. They were all soggy and didn't realize until I got home dinner was ruined. Called the next day and they didn't believe me.

Ordered here quite a bit usually they are pretty good. Although today i ordered a pizza melt and the sauce cup that came with it was nearly empty. Kind of annoying.
