Drove out of my way to get a chicken sandwich and it was the worst chicken sandwich thatI have ever had. It was so grisly, I had to throw it away half eaten. Only because I was really hungry.I ate half.

Rude. Petty and condescending. The entire staff was horrible and ruined my $50 12pc order. Ordered 1/2 spicy 1/2 original waited 30 minutes and got 6 original and 4 spicy so they took back two original pieces and replaced them with TWO MORE originals 30 minutes later again.
I call race card because we are a mixed couple and there's no reason for that attitude.
I hope they remember us we left our mess and tore the bag bottom out and watched from the lot as they dropped it on the floor and picked it up again

E. Holland Rd has not had any chicken done lately. They don't inform you until 10-15 minutes of waiting for your order. Happened 3 different occasions.

Just because I'm not there doesn't mean I don't know what's going on some of these employees are going to end up feeling my wrath you're going to see the picnic line soon I can't afford to keep on paying your wages when you want to do poor quality service this is not cool this is unacceptable and I do not blame the GM for this I blame the crew members and some of the managers. And I feel it is unacceptable when the crew members are getting a good wages so is the manager y'all need to pick up your speed and pick up the pace and treat these customers right that is not cool on your part that means you are not doing what you're supposed to and you're being overly paid I don't want to hear I don't get paid enough to do this y'all get way over minimum wage and that's all I'm going to say I'm very serious reading some of these comments made me mad.

Hot, fresh, delicious. Everything was so good. Sometimes they get busy and there's a little wait, but it's worth it. Staff has been friendly! Depending on who's working, they will make you laugh.

I’m 7 months pregnant and I placed an online order and they gave my order to the wrong person a few moments before I arrived and when I received the information I showed them the receipt from my email and they said there was nothing they could do. They didn’t replace my food or even give me an apology for giving away the food that I paid for! They definitely need a better check in system for online ordering because that is ridiculous and very unprofessional. I’m very disappointed.

Only giving a star because I want to give a review- the chicken made me literally ill all afternoon, will never ever go back

Me and my wife ordered on uber eats, i ordered a ghost pepper sandwich combo, a spicy chicken sandwich, 12 piece wing, beans and rice, 2 biscuits, and a drink. I ended up recieving NONE of the sandwiches, and ended up getting 3 sides(mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and mac n cheese). I never ordered those. Im honestly suprised i recieved my wings and biscuits. This hasnt been the 1st time i completly had my meal messed up. Multiple times through doordash and even in person. The order is never right. To top it all off, we called up to the location to figure out whats going on. This lady answers, her name is Michelle. She was the nastiest, rudest woman ive ever talked to from a fast food place before. She told us that it wasnt her fault and that it was somehow uber eats fault, even though the bag was sealed from popeyes, basically gaslighting us, even going as far as to tell us that we can tell managment that she pushed us off the phone. This lady needs to be talked to about her people skills or put into a different position. She is in no place to talk to anyone like that. It is utterly disrespectful and immature. Out of all the times me and my wife call up there to complain about our missing food items, no one answers the phone, except this one time tonight, and this is what we get... I will never take my business to this location again. If you order online, or in general from this location, expect food missing or the incorrect food items. I would try to get your popeyes from the bay rd location. They are way nicer there and actually will get your order right and not yell at you and gaslight you like michelle does at this location. Never again. This is absurd.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Unbelievably horrible service, nasty people with shitty attitudes and they always manage to screw up the food. Don’t even bother with it, absolute joke. They got pissed that THEY messed up MY order. Over $50 worth of food and they didn’t give us half of it, got irritated when we went back through the drive through to get it.
