My family and I tried this place for the first time a few months ago and it was actually pretty delicious. Didn’t really have it again until recently and I don’t know what changed from when the first time we had it, but these last two times haven’t been good. For one thing, I had a salad bowl about four weeks ago that I couldn’t finish because there were grains of rice that didn’t cook properly because I would take a bite and it would be incredibly hard. Like, could ACTUALLY break a tooth, hard. I had to throw the whole thing away because I thought I was going to crack a tooth. I’ve never eaten rice THAT hard before. My child had the same rice on the side and I threw hers away, too. I decided to give it another chance tonight so I had my husband order me a a cup of soup. First upsetting thing was that the soup had the tortilla chips already sitting in it, so they were soggy. I thought it was weird they didn’t put them in a little container on the side. On top of that, I only had a few bites before I stopped altogether because it just didn’t taste right. I voiced to my husband that It tasted like it had just been frozen and the employees microwaved it. He said that it looked like it had been sitting out for a long time by the time he ordered it. Three hours later I ended up sick on the toilet completely drenched in a cold sweat. That was just from a few bites. I can’t imagine if I had eaten the whole thing.

The manager and a co worker were arguing and acting childish. Took forever to get our food made. Won't recommend the saginaw location

The person did not greet us until after she struggled to get gloves on. Made my quesadilla gave to the gentleman doing the finishing touches. She grabbed the tray back to do a 2nd quesidilla. Cashier decided to coach the 1st person how to go get another tray and 1st toldnher to be quiet and let her do her job. Then there was going to be a 3rd. So cashier again tells her all 3 won't fit on tray to put in presser. They decided to have a stare down and words. Finally we spoke up and said we don't have time to deal with this and it would make sense to put the one on since it's ready. We are sorry to the gentleman who stood there waiting for them to do their job so he could do his. Very unprofessional. There was a line forming. Person behind actually walked out because of how little lettuce she was getting for a salad. Wish we knew their names!!!

Probably the worst drive thru experience i have ever had. Pulled up with two cars in front of me, and each car took over 5 minutes on a slow saturday night. I pull up and have to wait atleast 4 minutes to even start ordering for who knows what reason. There are atleast 6 employees, and maybe 4 customers inside. The girl taking our order forgot to mute her mic and yelled damn into the comm system. Pull up and they mixed up my order, and im charged 21 dollars for one burrito. They facepalm when i tell them its wrong, and very slowly with no communication fix the error. I hope these workers arent making anymore than minimum wage because they do not deserve it. They are rude and slow and make it seem like an inconvenience to get food. They also messed up our order and put things meant for the side inside the burrito. Never coming again, go to chipotle and save yourself the trouble.
