Overall a good experience - food was hot, fresh and prepared the way we asked. We both both the bowls and they were large portions. The restaurant was clean and the prices were reasonable.

I didn't realize this until I got home. Wow. What a waste of money. My whole family was very disappointed when we started finding the hair in our food

I just want to thank Andrew on State St. for helping me. I am on crutches and he carried my food out to the car for me. And I didn’t ask he just offer because he seen I was on crutches. We always point out and give reviews on the bad but never the good. So thanks and give him a raise.

Qdoba is a healthy, fast, delicious place to grab lunch or dinner. I go at least once a month and I have never regretted it. The quality and portions are definitely justified 👍

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The woman I assume is the manager is by far the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered. Her lack of basic people skills is shocking — how she got this role is truly beyond me.
This QDOBA location seems to go out of its way to nickel and dime customers, unlike any other QDOBA I’ve been to. I’ve always ordered extra queso and never once been charged — until tonight. Not only did she charge me after adding it, but made a point to rudely announce it, as if I was trying to get away with something. It was unnecessarily confrontational and incredibly unprofessional.
To make matters worse, she told my 5-year-old that there’s now a 3-item limit on kids’ nachos — and did so in an unkind, abrupt way. My kids have been ordering the same thing for years without issue. If this is a new policy, it certainly isn’t posted anywhere. And even if it were, there’s a way to explain things to a child without being so harsh.
I’m beyond frustrated. Between the poor attitude, inconsistent policies, and complete lack of customer service, this location has lost my business.

Very disappointed. I ordered ahead and waited an additional 45 minutes in the store for my order to be ready. They weren’t even that busy. The inside was filthy and we were never acknowledged on how long we had to wait. The workers were too busy talking to each other rather than working. The person that made my order wiped her nose multiple times. That will be the last time I order from this store. Hire more and retrain.
Always a good place to go when you are trying to have a date night. They are usually pretty quick and the choice of meat and toppings is a nice thing. Me myself love to have extra toppings on my bowl and they don't charge for that. Also the staff are usually pretty quick and polite.
