Had a mobile order. When I got home I noticed 2 items were missing a Large Garlic Parmesan Loaded Fries and a Double Rallyburger With Cheese. Tried calling the store (515 S Michigan Ave) and they would not pick up the phone and actively rejecting the calls. Drove all the way back to the location and was then told I needed the bag with all the food with me so they could verify what was missing, this has happened a few times and usually it's a $2 or $3 item and i just eat the cost and move on. People need to be fired or retraining or something at this location because I am pissed off that this keeps happening at this location and the staff/manager did not help or care. I do not want to go to rally anymore and if I do decide to try again I will never go to this location ever again.

Went there and ordered a burger meal, and two tenders with a milkshake. I got my milkshake and burger meal with one tender and was asked to pulled ahead for my other tenders. I was there for over 30 minutes from the time I order until the time I decided to drive away without my tenders or a refund. After about 20 minutes I decided to get out of my car and approach the window to ask a worker about how much longer it was going to be. Not a single worker acknowledged me and I stood there waiting to be helped for 10 minutes. I decided to leave and never got tenders or a refund. And now the food I did manage to walk away with is cold.
