Literally ordered food 3 days ago all wrong. Called as soon as I realized it. Talked to a guy that said he was the manager (never gave me his name) asked it I was coming back that night. Told him it'll probably be next week never told me only had 24 hrs to come back or that I needed a reciept and his name. Trying to treat my kids to there once a month night out and they didnt even get to eat nothing but fries. My last time at any rally's straight bs all the way around dont eat there

Mobile order placed at 5:20pm. Arrived at 5:30 when I was told order would be ready. Now sitting at the restaurant at 6:04 pm still without an order or any timeframe. Was told to pull around to the other window and I've sat here for over 30mins now. Not sure what's happening but this is kind of insane.
Update and response to owner. I waited for a full hour to get my order. I also tried to respond for comment via the link you sent and submitting my info does nothing.

Had a doordash. Waited in line for a long time only for the person ahead of me to get a small bag. 2 people had left because of the wait. Then I get up there and I say the name, and the worker (black service worker with glasses) started laughing because she didn't know who the order was for. Had to ask her co-worker even though the name is on the receipt on the bag. Then, instead of handing me the bag she takes someone else's order even though it was right in front of the window. Terrible service and super slow depending on who's working.

The food tasted good aside from the hair in it and it was way over cooked. 3/4 of my fries were burnt and that's the same with my chicken. The burger was fine but everything else was bad. The server was nice and helpful.

The wait is absolutely insane! I literally waited almost 10 minutes at the window for my 3 meals. I don't understand how it takes them so so long, everytime! Horrible. This was the first time I've had rallys in almost a year and now I remember why! The only thing half way decent they have there is a sweet kid working the window. He's very nice and well mannered! The reciept says his name is Amariyana.

Absolutely unacceptable I waited in line for 30 minutes just to be told at the window that they were only taking doordash and mobile orders this is unacceptable as they had no advertising for this and we had to wait in line for extremely long terrible service!
