The food tasted good aside from the hair in it and it was way over cooked. 3/4 of my fries were burnt and that's the same with my chicken. The burger was fine but everything else was bad. The server was nice and helpful.

The wait is absolutely insane! I literally waited almost 10 minutes at the window for my 3 meals. I don't understand how it takes them so so long, everytime! Horrible. This was the first time I've had rallys in almost a year and now I remember why! The only thing half way decent they have there is a sweet kid working the window. He's very nice and well mannered! The reciept says his name is Amariyana.

Absolutely unacceptable I waited in line for 30 minutes just to be told at the window that they were only taking doordash and mobile orders this is unacceptable as they had no advertising for this and we had to wait in line for extremely long terrible service!

Y'all I do not know what they go going on in there, but they need to stop abusing the food. My chilli cheese fries come out looking like they got jumped by the five double cheese burgers in that bag. Rallys food is still #1 tho.
I ordered a coke no ice and a burger no onion. Got some type of coke (it wasn’t regular-tasted weird) with ice and a burger with onion. I’m allergic to onion. You could barely hear the person at the speaker, and apparently they could barely hear me. Fix your equipment.

Placed an online order last night, showed up to get it, ended up sitting in drive-thru for about 40 minutes (with only 4 cars ahead of me). Surprisingly, the food was still warm (it was sitting in a bag on the counter the whole time I waited).
And then they didn't even put cheese on my burgers. I got "double Ralleys burgers with cheese", but they had no cheese..
But, the thing that prompted me to write this review.. My wife and I both ended up getting really bad food poisoning throughout the night. I woke up at 2am puking and pooping my guts out. My wife was up all night with her stomach tossing and turning.
The food itself tasted good, I'll give them that. But, we won't be back to this one.

Love the fries, but wish the meat was better quality. Always get chunks of gristle or something in the beef....feels like dog food made into a patty. Fries are awesome though.
