Placed an online order last night, showed up to get it, ended up sitting in drive-thru for about 40 minutes (with only 4 cars ahead of me). Surprisingly, the food was still warm (it was sitting in a bag on the counter the whole time I waited).
And then they didn't even put cheese on my burgers. I got "double Ralleys burgers with cheese", but they had no cheese..
But, the thing that prompted me to write this review.. My wife and I both ended up getting really bad food poisoning throughout the night. I woke up at 2am puking and pooping my guts out. My wife was up all night with her stomach tossing and turning.
The food itself tasted good, I'll give them that. But, we won't be back to this one.

Love the fries, but wish the meat was better quality. Always get chunks of gristle or something in the beef....feels like dog food made into a patty. Fries are awesome though.

It was my first time trying Rally’s. I heard good things about from a friend. The food had really good taste but the food was cold. The workers did not seem enthusiastic to be seeing me. I was more excited than one should be to be trying fast food, so this experience took out my enthusiasm. Bummer!

Purchased boss with brisket wasn't prepared like it should have been didn't toast the bread
We got a #5- a fry burger meal w/a lg fry and drink and a #1-the big buford burger w/frys and a drink.They're large frys are now a small. I'd hate to see an actual small fry.
