It wasn't a bad experience...until we got the bill. We haven't been to Red Lobster in a few years because the last couple times weren't that great. My wife used to love this place though, so we decided to go for her birthday. Sadly, nothing has changed but the prices. The service was fine; nothing commendable, but nothing to complain about either. The atmosphere was typical; nice place, but clearly still a big chain. The lobster tank featured in the waiting area was empty and probably had been for awhile because the water was about an inch under the line that said to not let it get below there. The food was very disappointing. So unenjoyable that we didn't even eat the leftovers, and that's saying something. We love leftovers and hate wasting money. The bill was shockingly large, so it really felt like a waste when we threw the leftovers out, but it just wasn't good. Not gross, but not at all enjoyable. I'm not a seafood lover so I had a steak. I know they're not a steak joint so my expectations weren't high, but I make better steaks than that at home on my grill - and I can't even cook boxed mac-n-cheese. My wife and daughter both had shrimp pasta. One was overdone, and both were bland and flavorless. If the bill had been half what it was, I could chalk it up to a bad day, but for that price, we won't be back anytime soon.

We got pick up dinner. I had the cod dinner. Two miniscule hush puppies which were burnt. Coleslaw was dry and tasteless. Fish was dry and breading burnt. Biscuit was good, fries were good.

Came here with my mom for dinner. Our server, Erik, was absolutely amazing! He got our orders perfect and checked on us a few times during our meal. We got our food pretty quickly and it all tasted amazing. Always one of my favorite locations.
