I attended the biddulph store today with my disabled wife and was refused admission due to a one household member policy. what on earth is that about, she can't shop without me as she can't carry much. but your door n*** were having none of it, I'm a key worker and a carer, it's Aldi all the way now.....

Really nice store - but my comment was about when I was transferred there as a Trainee Manager for International stores over 40 years ago. Your store is on top of my old store!!

Rubbish store if your after a big grocery shop then I wouldn't bother with this store.The only thing this store is good for is a few essentials.Very poor choice.

It's such a shame the company has such inflexibility when it comes to food options. Apparently it's company policy to not allow a hash brown to be swapped for a mushroom on a breakfast, despite them both costing the same as an extra. Nothing like ensuring customer satisfaction!

I really love our Sainsbury's in Biddulph and am a regular user of their cafe. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I was however dismayed that they seem to allow the smoking of e-cigarettes/vapes in the cafe - very disappointing Biddulph Sainsbury's

Obviously very little training in customer service and customer care. A young girl on customer service turned a comment about having full priced goods in close proximity to offers into a bad experience. In the end she told me you argue with me and I'll argue with you, in that teenager voice we all love. When I looked for the name badge she said it's Zoe ZOE I gave up and left the store

After my experience in this store I don't feel like I want to come back again. On the 28th August I came to do my normal shop. Paid for my shopping the. Realised I had a £3 of coupon off, so I went to the help desk to get it back. They sorted that out. Then a man came over to me and said by any chance where you shopping here at the weekend? I said I can't remember.. he said buying pizza and beer? Me oh yes that would be me and me other half why? Because someone who looks like you had tried to pay contactless and it didn't work. I'm standing there going bright red. Everyone's looking at me like I'm a criminal!!!. All because your paying service didn't work right. I haven't been back since, this has put me off coming back to your store.
