The service was excellent! Sydney was friendly, very knowledgeable about their dishes and prompt with refills, etc! Her descriptions didn’t disappoint…especially the peanut butter pie (a must try) ! Prices were a little higher but the portion size was good (plenty of leftovers). I was also impressed by the other staff who as they passed by would grab used plates (love the extra table room).Parking: Very large parking lot with wheel chair accessible entrance.

The food was amazing ... and was really served beautifully. Everything looked really good.
1st time here, food was good. Looking forward to coming back try something different. We had the Chicken wrap with sweet potato fries and had Western burger with fries.

Was in for dinner tonight. Had the Jerk Chicken which was on special and the Cheddar Mashed Potatoes. The Jerk Chicken was excellent. It was like butter, you could cut it with your fork and it was seasoned perfectly. Cheddar Mash was amazing. Great service and drinks. This is a great place for fine dining and wonderful drinks. Well done!!

Seven of us dined at Spencer's. The food was decent, at best, and one person was not brought his meal until the rest of us had already eaten. When we asked the manager to comp the person's meal who was served late, he responded "why would I comp you? we're boxing it up and you're taking it home." I've been coming here for years (including hosting my 30th birthday 9 years ago) and would make sure to visit every time I flew back to Michigan; however, I will never set foot in this restaurant again. The worst service I have ever experienced. The manager needs to be sent to Business 101 training. In reviewing the other reviews, shame on me for visiting this place. The consensus is this place is awful. Good luck.

Never eat at this place. Never ever. We usually give a place three tries. Tonight was the worst of the three. It took over an hour for our food to come out. It was cold, we told them and they offered to remake it but we didn't want to wait yet another hour. The Alfredo dish that we ordered came out a cold congealed mess with cold seafood. The rescue mission in Saginaw would have scraped it into the garbage can before they served it to someone there. They would not adjust our bill they would not do anything. And really didn't seem to care at all. This restaurant deserves negative 10 Stars. If you can't bring out hot food because, and I quote from the manager, "we have to bring everybody's food out at the same time for the table", then maybe you should sell the restaurant. Absolutely horrible beyond belief
