Justin is an AMAZING employee! He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and genuine. 10/10 would hire him immediately and would have given him a much larger tip if I had it! Recommendation, Starbucks should allow their employees to accept the the remainder of a gift card as a tip if the customer would like to do that.

They keep grabbing the top of the cup without gloves. And ignore every food safety rule they can get away from.Then the attitude

At window they will handle money all day, and cards and even when they aren’t making your drink, they have a habit of touching over the lid including where you drink from with 5 finger contact like a toy as some hover over with spider daddy long leg finger tapping, and others go around lid in circular motion with a few fingers. Why is this a thing that hasn’t been addressed, especially after Covid?
