Came in yesterday and had the nicest interaction with the young man working there that day! It seemed they were a little understaffed but he was very polite and helped us get in and out. The food was great

Seems as if the staff consistently don't want to work, are short with customers and come up with reasons not to serve you. Was specifically asked in a rude manner the next time you come in here could you know to tell me how many loafs of bread to put out in advance for your entire family's order. After the order was already concluded. Seems a course on mannerisms and how to correctly address clientele is needed.

I've stopped here a few times. It's like shooting craps whether you can get in or not. 2 different times 30+ minute restroom breaks, door is locked and a couple other times it was closed at 5pm. Only Subway in Saginaw that operates like this

First time at this location on Gratiot and will be the last time. The employee with the rainbow ? was so rude to us that what we ordered was just not worth it. He was apparently in the wrong line of work to be dealing with customers . He even got our orders wrong and wouldn't take the time to listen to us

Walked in to place an order at 8:27 pm. Once we went inside, the guy working said he had to make 3 online orders and wouldn't have time to make any new orders because they were going to close. The website posts the close time at 9:00 pm.

I used a coupon to buy three subs for $17.99. Nice price considering that one sub cost $13.99 x 2 (#33 Teriyaki Blitz) and one Cold Cut Combo for about $8.99. 3 #33’s is definitely worth using the coupon for.

No sense of urgency dave didn't seem to care the line was pretty long and building up as he took his time. While the girl whom I didn't get her name was wanting to push things along like it should be she did a good job. If I didn't wait 15 for fave to take my order would have been different.

The lady who answered the phone was very rude claiming there wasn't a manager on duty. I worked in food for 10 years, there is always a manager on duty. I called to ask why mayo was put on my chicken teriyaki sub, she became very defensive saying she was the only one there and to call tomorrow for the manager and she wasn't fighting with me on the phone. I wasn't rude or anything, simply asked why my sandwich was made wrong. She hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and go to another sub place because this lady seemed to hate her job/life so much to be rude to a customer for literally no reason.Edit: Angie the manager ignores emails when you complain through corporate. Been waiting a week for an actual resolution. So the moral of the story is this place doesn't care at all about customer service.

My fiancé picked up lunch for me opened up the bag and the meat looked old bread was hard and the pop was flat called subway and spoke with Angie the “manager” she was rude and not helpful told me to bring the food back that’s the only way for it to be replaced witch I don’t mind if I wasn’t on a time crunch during lunch hour, she proceeded to tell me no one else complained of the bread being hard or pop being flat. Ok??? Get better customer service.
