I was told by the woman who poorly made my food that she can treat me however she wants because she’s the only one working. That was after I asked her not to talk to me the way she was. Even way before things escalated she had a horrible attitude. Terrible

Good options for you to create your perfect sandwich ?lobby area food prep area clean but the service needs to be upgraded, the heavy Caucasian lady(just the description nothing personal) was rude for no reason to customers, some even tried simple conversation. Nothing just a stern look on her face.

I know that all the locations on Holland usually get a bad rep for being rude or unprofessional , but the Subway on Holland was shockingly phenomenal. I had never been inside before, and they were extremely professional, sweet, clean, and all of that..????

Customer service was great. My only complaint was that the workers never change those big plastic gloves! Open oven and fridge doors and then make your sandwich. They adjust headphones, push back their hair, and cash you out still wearing the same gloves. The young lady making my sandwich understood my request to change her gloves and continued making my lunch with a smile.
