The white lady that is working today seem like she an attitude, I asked for light sauce and she drenched my sub. When I picked it up it all fell apart, I can’t taste nothing but sauce. Never eating here again..Subway train your staff more

Ordered online. Used the bogo for $1. I guess when I added the tip and it updated everything but one sub was deleted so no bogo. I told them I had a pick up and she shoved the sub at me.and said have a good day like she hates her life. Sub doesnt even have all the stuff I ordered on it. It is a mess of heavy sauce everywhere.

We got sub on tuesday.they had them ready for us.it was for Christmas party.ill give them 5 stars but thursday we came to get them.they were not ready so we had to wait for it.ill give today 2 stars
Racism at its finest. When I pulled up the worker ran to the back and never came back to what she gets paid to do which is service a customer and since she didn’t come back to the front I proceeded to leave and with me leaving she decided to say “have a good day”. Jimmy John’s service me without a problem with me leaving a 50$ tip for everybody that was working.
Elderly can now use bridge card there I got my sub there but they won't tell you anything else that you can get with it just get your sub and get out

Don’t bother trying get food 15 minutes before closing. The doors will already be locked! I was not prepared for the unprofessionalism.

I ordered my sandwich online and it made me extremely ill. I picked it up as soon as it was ready but literally like less than an hour after eating it my stomach became violently ill and honestly the details are gross and ill spare you but I’ll never order from this subway again. I got the same sandwich I always get but it’s never made me sick before. I’ll go out of my way and go to the subway on Gratiot if I ever get over how grossed out I am about the past 24 hours

Manager ANGIE was very rude and racially profiled me as soon as I walked in to place my order. She told me I couldn't order anything because I looked like a BLACK girl who came in there a couple weeks ago and stole two sandwiches on a bus. I pulled in the parking lot in a Cadillac truck if she checked or even thought to check her camera from a week ago. I argued with her and have witnesses. Terrible service I should have slapped her ANGIE

Our food was decent, it’s subway so can’t really mess up much but, the service was terrible!! To the “manager” (Angie) while you were throwing your temper tantrum slamming metal pans around and slamming the bread doors shut, and mumbling things under your breath, I don’t think you realized that you were scaring my 4 year old child. I understand that we all have our off days but, please keep your bad attitude outside! We will not be returning to this subway. I’ve never had someone act that way not only to me, but to the customers behind us as well.
