Bit into raw bacon on my sandwich and got sick immediately and they put the wrong cheese gave me the wrong bread as well, I tried to call multiple times about the issue and to ask for the manager and they just disregarded me and keep saying “the manager is not in today” or saying “the manager will call you” and there is nothing they can do at the moment, not even a remake or refund, keep in mind the manager was supposed to call me almost 2 days ago now and never did. This wasn’t a small matter to begin with and now it’s going to be a bigger problem because this was dangerous to my health. At this point I will have to report it to corporate, And subway you’re sandwiches are expensive but you really need to stop thinking everyone is trying to get free food all the time when yall genuinely messed up my order BAD..don’t go to this subway they don’t care about their customers enough.

Went thru drive thru...always busy but worth the wait...sandwiches always good and made to order!! The people working there are always pleasant and patient!!
Hands down the best subway experience I've had in 15 years. I have been seriously missing out not going to this subway. Chris and Kate were extremely nice. Can't thank them enough for it. The food was fresh and made well. Go to this one if you're in the Saginaw area.
