I would like to commend the Taco Bell located on State Street in Saginaw, MI for their consistently excellent service😊!! The employees are always respectful, courteous, and attentive. On the rare occasion an order is made incorrectly, the staff handles the situation promptly and professionally, providing a remake or exchange without hesitation—and at times even offering a complimentary item to ensure customer satisfaction.
While there have been moments when the dining area was busy and needed tidying, there is always a team member who quickly steps in to take care of it. The overall quality of service at this location is dependable and much appreciated.
Overall, this Taco Bell is a 10/10 experience, and I would gladly return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I DoorDash Taco Bell and I called because the Dasher stole my food and they had to remake it and I called Taco Bell to ask what happened because I didn’t know what happened on DoorDash and the lady was rude and I was asking a question about my order and she said she couldn’t walk to go look for my order because she had a cordless phone but she could’ve put me on hold. I said thank you When she told me what Could have happened and then she ended the phone on me without even saying I’m sorry or telling me that they would remake my order since the other DoorDasher stole my food

Stingy on the sauces.
A large cheese and fry gives you a large size fry but only a regular size cheese sauce. It's not nearly enough cheese to accommodate the amount of fries. You asked me if I wanted a large fry - and I said yes. Why rob me of my cheese?

3rd time I ordered soft shell with no lettuce for my kids with eating issues and 3rd time it was ignored. Ordered a supreme soft shell box and 6 soft tacos no lettuce and all were just normal tacos. Why up charge if they are not going to even make them? The first 2 times I called but didn't ask for a refund. Having door dash refund me this time. Not happening again man.

Got food poisoning from state st. Taco bell a 4 days ago on there so called steak burrito, your lucky I didn't sue you , I'm still sick we got 4 of them had to through other ones away not happy my order was 41. 00 the tacos was fine we will not be going to it anymore and the service sucks

I go to this Taco Bell all the time never had a nice trip there but I love Taco Bell lol but 7-31-25 at 2:40 am I went there and Robert H was working the window when I tell you the best customer service I have ever received in my life he is awesome nice kind and makes sure you’re food is on point first time I didn’t have to go back for my food Richard H you rock buddy

Sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes, when I got to speaker I ordered and when I asked to make sure the tacos all had no lettuce because it’s an automated system a lady rudely responded they didn’t then when I get to the window I sat for 15 minutes and my soft tacos were cold and hard when they came out. Staff was not friendly at all and there was indeed lettuce on the tacos. Which wasn’t worth having being replaced so I bought my kids dinner else where. Will not be returning.
