Late night here is terrible, beans are old and not fresh, food is cold, and thrown together like they don't care (I'm sure they don't lol). Don't bother! Whoever franchises this place should look next door at how packed McDonald's late night drive thru is, and look at their own. There's a reason it's not lined up like it was years ago!!! Won't be back, ripoff. Would rather warm up a TV dinner!

Your employees aren't personal what so ever! They don't repeat the order when going through the drive thru. Another is thing I wanted to the food I got was dreadfully awful. Each item wasn't made the way I ordered it. All the items I ordered, it was like I was just eating the soft shelled taco! I definitely won't be back after that experience. I see your store just hires people who want to collect the check and not put the work. You should be ashamed, but you aren't!

I would like to commend the Taco Bell located on State Street in Saginaw, MI for their consistently excellent service😊!! The employees are always respectful, courteous, and attentive. On the rare occasion an order is made incorrectly, the staff handles the situation promptly and professionally, providing a remake or exchange without hesitation—and at times even offering a complimentary item to ensure customer satisfaction.
While there have been moments when the dining area was busy and needed tidying, there is always a team member who quickly steps in to take care of it. The overall quality of service at this location is dependable and much appreciated.
Overall, this Taco Bell is a 10/10 experience, and I would gladly return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I DoorDash Taco Bell and I called because the Dasher stole my food and they had to remake it and I called Taco Bell to ask what happened because I didn’t know what happened on DoorDash and the lady was rude and I was asking a question about my order and she said she couldn’t walk to go look for my order because she had a cordless phone but she could’ve put me on hold. I said thank you When she told me what Could have happened and then she ended the phone on me without even saying I’m sorry or telling me that they would remake my order since the other DoorDasher stole my food

Stingy on the sauces.
A large cheese and fry gives you a large size fry but only a regular size cheese sauce. It's not nearly enough cheese to accommodate the amount of fries. You asked me if I wanted a large fry - and I said yes. Why rob me of my cheese?
