Sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes, when I got to speaker I ordered and when I asked to make sure the tacos all had no lettuce because it’s an automated system a lady rudely responded they didn’t then when I get to the window I sat for 15 minutes and my soft tacos were cold and hard when they came out. Staff was not friendly at all and there was indeed lettuce on the tacos. Which wasn’t worth having being replaced so I bought my kids dinner else where. Will not be returning.

This taco bell is the best in the area and has never done me dirty. Also I don't like A.I replacing humans as much as the next guy, but at least the one taco bell uses gets my order right every time

Just ask for a human before you even begin. The automated ordering system is frustrating immediately and unproductive all around.

Parking: Really it is the automated ordering system i have had, do have issues with. When a person comes over the speaker the issues are resolved and prevented instead of getting to windows and having to either redo entire order because too many mistakes throughout ordering or options not available through the automated system

Food is great but we only go through the drive through because they don't help the customers use the order system so we walked out. Why can't they have both so the customer an put the order in by a human body not a mechanic other fast food restaurants have both why can't taco bell???? It's because they want less employees and still make a good profit. Let's start doing customers service. This isn't the way. Won't go inside a taco bell because of this reason. Thanks

I called about an order that had got made wrong. No biggie but the manager didn't even try to ask my name was very quiet didn't seem to have a bit of interest in what my order was to correct all he said was, "you can come back up here just tell them Jaden said." I just sat there for 20 minutes in the drive thru and my gas running so I wasn't trying to run back to them for a mistake they made I just wanted him to take my name and what order that was messed up and pick up another time. My honest opinion you need a new manager he wasn't even trying to act like one , it was like I was just talking to some high ass idiot that didn't give two shits and I just wanted my order to fixed I'm not sure if word of mouth is a thing there or not but any other time I've ever called about something similar they always take a name an write down the order that needed replacing. So I guess managers at Taco Bell all manage differently. I will be calling to figure out how to speak with your area director. This is unacceptable. And this isn't the first time.

My order was great other than the 3-4 tacos I asked to be meat and cheese but yet lettuce was on there. Other than that the people there were great a the food was good. They were packed an did their best. I won’t make much of a deal about it. Hopefully next time I asked for no lettuce I’ll get it. But I thank everyone for doing there best. Honest mistake.

ALWAYS close the drive thru around 30-45 minutes early AT LEAST! Even on a Friday night! Never fails! Lazy!

although we didnt go inside since now you have to use those machines the woman who took our order and gave us our food at the window was super nice and a great personality. We need more people like her!!!!!
