Ordered through the app. Got there to pickup and they had trouble.fimding the order. They finally did and handed it to me saying something to another employee about it being a grub hub order. Got home and was missing a side of guacamole and a 2 pack of cinnabons. Receipt shows I was charged for both and tag on bag says it should have been there. 5 bucks for nothing :(

Their service sucks and they don’t know how to do anything don’t but buy from this. We called them politely and said our food was cold when we lived one minute away so we called them to politely ask if we come and get some more food if they would let us and we would pay for a whole different meal and they said they will call the police on you and I said Excuse me what did I do to you? Is this the right Taco Bell where is this in? The lady said your mama’s house My mother had a stroke because of her.Kid-friendliness: Oh my daughter wanted was some warm food that is it because I didn’t have enough money to buy her anything else and I had to pay $50 for one meal that we had to throw away because they can’t make it right and they put they somehow got tomatoes in there and we asked specifically For no tomatoes My daughter is severely allergic to tomatoes, and she had an allergic reaction

The manager that helped me this morning was amazing, she went through so much just to help me find my order through Uber eats as far as downloading the app herself just to help me get a regular Baja blast instead of zero sugar she so didn’t have to but she made sure it was the way I liked thank you ?

Decided to go to the new Taco Bell on Bay Road and they didn’t give me any of my salsa and all I ordered was a 12 pack of tacos, and none of the tacos have barely anything on it, and only a few pieces of lettuce and almost no cheese. Very disappointed in this place!

I rarely order from this Taco Bell but when I do the food is sloppy and my order is never right. They suggest to use to the app but what’s the good of that if they start making your food 20 minutes before you get unlike other Taco Bell’s that make your mobile order when you get to the drive thru speaker.

Do not order from this taco bell if you want your order to be correct. It's even worse if you try to call and have it corrected. Worst attitude from a manager I have ever dealt with. How you work in hospitality is beyond me. Word to the wise, go to Tittabawassee and save yourself the headache...

A customer in front of waited for about 10 mins saying "hello" before someone finally responded. They orders and pulls ahead. I stayed ordering my food. I asked for my food to be supreme. Rudely, a second voice comes on and say, "we have to for the items that's not supreme." I replied irritated, "I kno." I gets to the window and the girl takes my card, she did not set up the register to cash me out. She comes back and say, "your card not working... see," and shows me.At this point, I now understand the manager who got rude within me ordering at the speaker is the one who didn't care to make sure I received my order.Burger King next door took the same card, cashed out my order and gave me my food with great customer service like it suppose to be. I barely eat Taco Bell. Now, I think I am done for good. Tired of these Horrible experiences.

Our encounter was at ~ 6:30PM Eastern on June 30th, 2023. We had a pickup order that we placed through the website. Though there were technical issues with our order and some confusion, a very kind and considerate member of the team, Mike, made sure we got our order and everything was correct. Mike was careful to ensure our order was accurate and offered a thorough explanation of why the confusion may have occurred. If he's not already, he's definitely management (and beyond) material. Very helpful, very well-spoken, and seems to genuinely care about the experience customers have at this location. Taco Bell's got a rockstar in Mike.
