The food is almost always on point. Occasionally my chalupa shell isn't toasted and once they forgot part of a larger order. I will say that the staff has always been kind.

I was there before they closed, I got a craving box and a Crunchwrap.
They did not put meat in the Crunchwrap and one of the tacos, they also packed everything in the box with the Crunchwrap buried at the bottom so that I didn’t see it (the Crunchwrap was literally flat with just the flour tortilla and cheese). They could’ve just tell me that they didn’t have enough and I would have gone somewhere else, but they tricked me on purpose.

The picture shows a regular Doritos taco. This is the third time at this location that my taco has looked like this. When my taco falls apart like this, it suggests that it was sitting out for a while before being handed to me. The store looks clean. Please do better serving food. I love taco bell.

Fresh Hit and delicious! Hard Shell Taco Supreme ?
The workers there were touching their phones, snacking on the food and had their hair down, me and my friend were the only ones inside and they only had 2 cars in the drive thru but we had to wait forever on our food. The atmosphere was terrible as well, the workers were loud and kept shooting me and my friend icky looks, terrible experience, the food was decent but the workers were terrible

I stopped here with my grandkids to grab a quick bite. It was on a Saturday, about a week ago. The food was okay. Service was poor. I saw two people come in from the parking lot. I assumed they were employees because they just walked behind the counter to the area where food was being prepped. No stop at a sink or hand sanitizer station first. Then, I looked up, and someone's kid (he looked to be about 4ys of age) was also back standing in the food prep area. We also had to keep swatting away at flies while we were eating in the dining area. Won't be going to this location anymore. That's too bad because it's the newest Taco Bell in Saginaw☹️

This location was great when it first opened. Now the honeymoon has worn off and it turned ratchet. On 10-13 at around 6:15 pm, my Dorito taco shells weren't warmed up and tasted stale. The whole meal was cold, the meat and tortillas were cold too. Idk how that happens because even the worst Taco Bells usually manage to at least give you your food hot.
To sum it up, this location has gone downhill. They also always forget stuff if you don't remind them, and the workers all look like they're high. Won't be back. Don't bother going to this taco bell or any other ones in Saginaw, they all don't care lol. You're better off warming up something at home.
