I have an espresso machine in my Amazon cart today. I'm done. $6.87 for a Large coffee with espresso. A week ago it was $4.76. I understand inflation. That is NOT inflation it's gouging. I stopped going to the one in Essexville for the same thing. I might still pay it if the woman handing out the coffee didn't look like she hates ABSOLUTELY everyone today. No thank you or have a nice day during the whole transaction. So no customer service points to compensate either. Buh-bye 👋

I used to go to this location all the time, but due to rude staff and my orders always being wrong, I stopped going. I just stopped this morning to get my daughter breakfast and the hashbrown we got is as solid as a rock! I tried to break it in half and it literally snapped! It’s like it had been sitting there for days! Needless to say, we will not be back!

How do you advertise donuts on your menu, but at 5:20 am all that's available are glazed? Very disappointed. When I asked the girl at the window, she was very short with her answer. So are you just a coffee shop?

The chicken panini there no good at all. I use to buy it there it was good but these days no good at all. Sorry but they should do it like before. It as the worst sandwich I ever eat.

It’s Thursday Feb 13,2024. Just went through drive thru with NO acknowledgement. Sat there! Doors are locked so you can’t go inside. Went back to drive thru again. Person in front of me couldn’t get any service so he just drove away. I tried again. No acknowledgment that I was there. I saw people in there walking around. VERY poor service. I wouldn’t even bother going there!

This is the worst Tim Hortons in the world they never got anything you go in there for they're coffees are made shitty and the only place that sells donuts around here and no matter what time of day you go in there they never have any donuts

I've been here a handful of times and I'm not always sure how their drinks work so I ask questions but I'm always rushed to hurry up and order there's no friendly customer service I thought nothing of it the first few times I had went but as I kept going and kept getting treated with same attitude and rush then told in not a friendly tone "have payment ready at the window" not even in a nice tone not even a please or thank you. It's really upsetting because this is the most convenient location on my way to work but I think I will be skipping out on going from now on. All about money not customers

You want a good tims to go to. Try the Tim’s on state street. Dre the manger over there knows what’s good and has an awesome attitude and has everything on hand to make anything fresh. Definitely recommended over this location.

The standards of this location need to be completely re-evaluated. Iced Capps delivered already melted, Iced Coffees tasting like mold due to likely undercleaned equipment, food items completely left out of orders. On one occasion myself and another customer (on my break, mind you) waited in the lobby for 5+ minutes for employees to come out of the back room and even greet us. There is a general lack of care for the customer service that needs to be retrained at a managerial level. Drive the extra miles for the Tittabawassee store, at least—though they’re operated by the same owners. I just get Biggby now.

Absolutely horrible location. I literally drive across the state for work and they are horrible. Tried going 4 separate times. Never have anything ready. Once was out of ALL bagels. Never have soup or chili. Rude. One single time they had chili wouldn't give me a receipt. Just horrible.

Ordered a standard meal, number 5. Paid was given my coffee, then asked to pull around and then proceeded to never being me my food. They stole my money. Do not move from the drive thru they will never bring you your items and will steal your money and food. This store should be reported to the police.
