Slow service. Gave my order at speaker, asked if they had everything correct and they didn't. Had it corrected and got to the window and they still forgot the item, had it added on and upon receiving the items one of them were still wrong.

Placed a mobile order and they did not have what I ordered. They refused to refund me and told me I’d need to go through the app. I submitted an email through the app and was told the only way I could get a refund was through the store. So I didn’t get my order and I didn’t get a refund. 25$ completely wasted, basically a donation to Tim hortons.

Ordered the 31 piece blue bucket Tim bits I placed an order at 5 o’clock in the morning. I went to pick it up at 5:45 AM and I was told that they still didn’t have any Tim bits ready to go… How do you not have donuts at a donut shop And now I am told that they don’t issue refunds I have to go through customer service customer service says they don’t Issue refunds unless it’s DoorDash not on site pick up that I have to go through the individual store and they are refusing to give me a refund for product that they didn’t even give to me because it wasn’t even ready. 45 minutes after opening.

I watched the workers get 3 orders wrong B4 getting my drink wrong And 2 workers being rude to another worker that seemed racially motivated. I just left my drink where they set it and walked out

Decided to go here while we were up north. Even bypassed a Starbucks to do so, but never again. Coffee was fair, donuts nothing to brag about and check your breakfast sandwich before you leave to make sure you get what you ordered....

Not all employees know the difference between a latte, and an iced coffee. Typical of Saginaw employees they'd rather argue than correct the order.
Was told this morning “no breakfast available” before my two hour drive to work. What’s the point of even being open then? I will wait until an hour into my drive to get better breakfast somewhere else I guess, lesson learned stopping here, what a joke.

It was the worse experience at any Tim Hortons, the drive thru employee was rude , completely condescending, and entitled like service, I mean if you’re mad because you’re working, quit, and don’t work anymore , needles to say I am never going back, i rather go the extra 2 miles to get treated right , i will be sure to post it on FB
