I really like black coffee but got a french vanilla just to try it since my friend loved it so much so we stopped there before we hit our job site and it taste like nothing but hot creamer . Theres always cops hanging out there and cops are violent . I prefer mcds coffee straight black .

the Tim Hortons in Saginaw is HORRIBLE they have TERRIBLE service, my husband ordered me a VANILLA CREAM DOUGHNUT and instead I got something totally different we take it up and say this isn't what we asked for and the cashier argued and said yes it is you ordered a sour cream blueberry doughnut. How can anyone get a VANILLA CREAM DOUGHNUT mixed up with a sour cream blueberry doughnut?????? then she gives me a boston creme doughnut and I said thats not what I wanted either I want that VANILLA CREAM DOUGHNUT they don't even rhyme or sound the same or look the same ???? I'm never going there again

Cannot give this place a one star, only for the people who work mornings/mid day who are really nice and go above and beyond. Generally anytime after 2pm or 3pm service goes downhill along with quality. Just ordered a vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso.
To give a back story, they make a lot of espresso at once and sometimes run multiple shots through the same espresso grounds and set it aside in a cup. And that is what they use though out the night so they don't gotta clean the machine at the end of the night. even though they got 5+ hours until they close. I know this because I use to work at McDonald's and scolded my coworkers for doing the same thing.
Now to get back to my latte, I literally seen the chick pour the cupped espresso in my drink and then pour in the milk and put it in the microwave to heat it up.
Now in McDonald's at least the kitchen is somewhat hidden but bro...everyone can see you putting my espresso in the microwave. Even one of the other customers gave me the "WTF" face.
Edit: Had to reduce from 4 to 2 stars due to robot response to my review. Morning people are still pretty great though.

Dre was awesome and had a perfect attitude. You want a real good experience i definitely recommend this place. I’ll be back 10x over. Plus he definitely knows how to make somebody smile and brighten their day.

I just went in there for an iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel and oat milk. There were 3 workers in there. None of them know how to make one. My iced coffee was warm and it wasn't even a macchiato. I took two sips and I could not drink it. It was so disgusting. I will not be returning.

I need DoorDash and I just came through store was not busy at all when I came in Charlie seems to be the only one doing things I wanna give her a 10 out of 10 for putting in the effort to get my order together. Yes they may have took 20 minutes to do it, but she had four sandwiches to make a drink and some other things why everyone else was just standing around not doing nothing playing on their phones. I don’t know where the manager was tonight but this is 33 3 PM January 4 of 2025 again Charlie I want to say thank you for putting in your hard work and being a loyal coworker and doing their job. Keep up the hard work because it’s going to pay off in the end of the day girl keep going
my guy why put a peppermint cold foam drink on the menu if ur jus not going to put coldfoam on it and give me black coffee??? what the???

I stopped in on Veterans Day. I asked about their promotion in which they said the we offing 30% discount. Went to pay and didn't see the difference in price. So I asked if they added it and they said yes so I did the math out load they caught and attitude and the manager just landed me 3 random dollars.
