We get donuts every Friday before school with my kids and the staff make it such a fun experience that they look forward to every week and will always remember šŸ„¹šŸ™Œ

I have placed multiple orders from Uber eats/door dash from this location. Every single time I have the order has been delivered with the wrong items. They could not seem to get the bacon scrambled egg wrap correct at all. Sometimes it would be something totally different that they gave me. The last few times its missing the hasbrown that goes inside. Today I ordered directly from the website to see if I'd get different results. We'll they finally got the wrap right, but sent me the wrong kind of donuts so still cannot get a single order correct. This was the last time I will ever order from there again as clearly its a staff issue with not getting the orders right at all. Do better guys!

RYAN SHOULD BE MANAGER!!! The customer service I experienced at this tims today was some of the best ever, Ryan made sure the customer was happy at all costs, give him a raise or a promotion or something, the world needs more people like Ryan.

I pulled in for a decaf coffee, and at first, was told that there wasn't any. A very kind gentleman jumped on the speaker and said he would be happy to make a fresh batch if I didn't mind waiting a minute. I was so very appreciative of his excellent customer service. If I lived in Saginaw, I would definitely go back to that location because that kind man went above and beyond to give a great customer experience. I unfortunately did not get his name, but he was working on 11/15/2025 at 10am. That man should be a manager if he isn't already. He knows how to make a positive customer experience.

Stopped in for a coffee and donut. Wow! What a joke of a place this is, couldn't even get waited on by one of the 3-4 people working? One car in the drive through when we entered, still they were all over every car that arrived after us. We walked out empty handed after waiting to even be acknowledged. Then as we were walking out the door someone yelled, "we will be with you shortly"! Surprised this place even has three stars. We won't be back. BTW, donut shop with only 4 donuts in the case? Get real.

Took 25 minutes to get our order then gave us the wrong food. Worst service I’ve had from a fast food place in my life. My food is actually cold sitting in the car in your parking lot. Never again will I come back here.

I got a super delicious honey dipped donut, and it was so fluffy. I'm definitely going to get another one. The hashbrowns were freshly made, but they were a bit too greasy for my liking. Overall it was good food and I got my food very quickly after I ordered!

Went here and I had to get pulled ahead for one bagel. after sitting parked for 10 minutes, a kid comes out and says when we say pull in the front of the building, we mean over here! All rude! Well clearly that’s the SIDE of the building not the front of the building so maybe specify that and I said I should not be pulled ahead for one bagel start down the road and MY ORDER IS WRONG! Not even close! The manager was rude. The employees were rude and now I’m late to work from having to go back and wait forever again! The incompetence at this location is insane. It was one bagel with butter reached out to the guest relations team, and I’ve gotten no response so please don’t comment telling me to get a hold of guest relations because you do not respond.

The workers never make our food right, they never have donuts but it's very confusing bc they are supposed to be a coffee and donut place. I spend way to much money at a professional place that clearly does not know how to run a business.

I went to the Tim Hortons on Tittabawassee today they got my order wrong as usual. I ordered a sandwich NO MAYO. They always put mayo I went inside for a refund or a remake. I said which ever is quickest I have to be at work. They took 20 minutes to remake it so I asked for a refund. The worker gets a manager and says she wants a refund and the worker is standing there looking stupid like I didn’t just tell him what the refund was for. He responded ā€œidk why don’t you ask herā€. The reason is YOU sir you the one that made the sandwich wrong in the first place. So now I’m 20 minutes late to work and I didn’t get a refund. I will never return to this location. The manager was very helpful but obviously the worker has no experience in customer service.
