Went in for an early morning Sunday breakfast. Got the special. Great coffee and the lady that works up front is very nice.

Ordered Steak Sandwhich, Fries, and Gravy.. my childhood favorite. Napolitano bread was not grilled/buttered. Fries were half cooked so that not even the ends are golden brown. Mooshy, yellow spuds that the dog doesnt even want. The beef gravy here has a strange soap taste? I won't return, there's four Tonys in this area.

Haven't ordered from here in months because my previous visit yielded a terrible omelet.. was half-cooked, runny and the bacon inside seemed like it got cooked with the omelet?

The heavier-set, blonde chef with glasses was present for both of these terrible meals. Start there.

Been going here for 35 years I don't know what's up but

The omelet looks like it was made with five baby eggs. Idk

another time I got spaghetti and it was two different types of spaghetti angel hair and regular that was weird.

Steak sandwiches are legit it's probably the only thing I get here cuz it's pretty hard to screw you on that.

Came in here for my birthday and the white guy ignored me and served others who came and sat down after me. When I asked for something to drink he told me ā€œhe didn’t go for thatā€. Very dissatisfied and disappointing.

It is the Tony's you remember! Opened in the early '60s, the atmosphere, menu, and flavor is solid.

That milkshke- Real!

Sloppy steak with mushrooms and pizza cheese: be prepared to take some home.

Friendly, too.

Yum.

I called to place a order and the owner answered the phone and I asked him can I have Donta make my food because everytime I ask that they get mad but I’m spending my money and want Donta to make it if he’s there please and he was so rude and pissed at me for telling him that him and his other cooks are horrible really horrible i usually don’t leave reviews but this owner needs a reality check because he doesn’t know how to treat his customers and just a horrible cook now they do have good breakfast but only if Donta there and that’s sad shout out to Donta but if he’s not there good luck horrible owner i would never go back

Old school mom and pop local and historic place. They have a variety on the menu that is all Michigan favorite meals. You can hear the cook in the kitchen and could probably talk to him if you wanted to. Waitresses are old school (not old! ) and they check on you just the right amount at the right time. Ask your waitress for specials or the best deal and they’ll tell you. My favorite is any breakfast that’s served from open to close. Good coffee and iced tea, too. With refills.
I have photos on a different phone. I’ll be back!
