This is the only location in the tri cities area that I will frequent. The people are personable and friendly. Your food is made correctly, and your smoothies are full, unlike the Midland locations which range from 1 to 2 inches from the top of your cup Nancy, and Emily are amazing management here! They definitely deserve a raise!

Went there last night. Another customer was being rude to the staff. As it turns out if you are nice to the staff they will be nice to you in return. They took good care of us!

What the hell? 8:52 pm I walked in to get smoothies. Bar stools are up and they are mopping the whole place up. One girl, up near the register, looked at me, said nothing, and turned back to mopping. I asked "are you guys open?" No response. I ask again, "are you guys open." Again, no repsonse. The sign says they close at 10 pm. The neon on sign says open. I guess you lost a sale and a customer.

Had issues at tropical smoothie on bay road , decided to come to my usual tropical smoothie location and told them what was going on and they resolved my issue! Nancy the store manager showed how much care gets put into every single thing at this company! I couldn’t be more appreciative of what they did for me! Highly recommend only coming to this location in Saginaw! Only the best is made here!

First time ever going there and just. Wow. First of all it was super clean inside which was amazing. Second, customers were everywhere so you know these guys are always busy. And third, phenomenal staff. These guys were just slamming smoothies and food out perfectly to customers on time the second I walked inside. Mikayla and Kaden were quick to help me even when they were still handing food out. These guys need a raise. The Kiwi Quencher was delicious. Keep up the good work over there!
