This is the only location in the tri cities area that I will frequent. The people are personable and friendly. Your food is made correctly, and your smoothies are full, unlike the Midland locations which range from 1 to 2 inches from the top of your cup

Had issues at tropical smoothie on bay road , decided to come to my usual tropical smoothie location and told them what was going on and they resolved my issue! Nancy the store manager showed how much care gets put into every single thing at this company! I couldn’t be more appreciative of what they did for me! Highly recommend only coming to this location in Saginaw! Only the best is made here!

First time ever going there and just. Wow. First of all it was super clean inside which was amazing. Second, customers were everywhere so you know these guys are always busy. And third, phenomenal staff. These guys were just slamming smoothies and food out perfectly to customers on time the second I walked inside. Mikayla and Kaden were quick to help me even when they were still handing food out. These guys need a raise. The Kiwi Quencher was delicious. Keep up the good work over...
