Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I usually go to the one on State Street but this was on my way home but I am disappointed to say this will be my last time going to this one. My bowl was made lazily and half of it was missing. I was very disappointed as the bowls I have got from State Street were filled fuller and were neatly topped.

Not a bad place to get an awesome smoothie. The staff was a little antisocial. I ordered online for a pick up order, they had trouble finding it even though I paid for it. They ended up finding it and then made it. I had arrived early just in case of any problems. There wasn't a restroom that I know of. The prices for the smoothie were a little pricey. $7.99 for 24oz cup.

Never had a bad experience at any tropical smoothie, except this one.
Every wrap we ordered was incorrect, wraps were dramatically smaller than any of the other locations, no napkins put in carry out bag, ran out of items and staff not friendly.
We don't eat fast food often, only when we are on long drives across the state. We definitely will be avoiding this spot in the future!

I swung through the drive-thru on my way home got this quinoa bowl and a mean green smoothing and I don't know why I don't eat here more because that was so good I sat in the parking lot and smashed it. The guys who served me were super quick and friendly too. And even though I probably could have made that at home for cheaper it was definitely worth paying for to not have to make it.

I tried the Mango Magic at Tropical Smoothie today, and while the flavor was great, it was a bit too icy for my liking. The smoothie could have been a little smoother. That said, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick.

Omg. Great experience this morning. I don't know the girls name, but super happy and friendly.

I went through the drive thru about 4:00 yesterday, the young lady was very sweet and polite. Everything came out in a decent timing and it was just what I expected delicious and perfect tasting. I believe the young ladies name was Laila l, I couldnt quite read her name tag she was a short mexican girl with long brown hair.

Usually they are pretty good, but I was given the wrong order from an online order that I can't eat and their phone number is disconnected/out of service so I can't even call to get the right food. :(

EDIT: Its been about an hour and the owner has called me. Upping review from 2 to 4 stars. Will update again after the next time I go in.

I like to come here on my lunch break. I use the app for pickup. Staff aren't the friendliest, so this is the easiest and fastest way to get your food. I do love the smoothies. I like the Splenda option too help cut the sugar in the smoothies.

Fast, friendly

Customer service and quality good has definitely gone down the manager looks 15 and is asking her own staff how to do stuff. Use to be a good establishment years ago but now I rather drive to state street (which is farther) then bay rd which is closer. Here’s a tip fire the night manager and staff they are all the same, they don’t care and it shows. They are definitely bringing this place down.
