An absolute gem of a place. From the atmosphere to the food to the service - LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Everything made to order and Chef Angie is simply amazing. Shout out to Tara, my server today, and Juliana!! Can't wait to eat there again.. Don't forget to ask about the Balla Burrito which is named after me ?

This is a mixed bag. I went here on a suggestion. Walking in was awkward with the seating set up. And then the table where you pay is hidden in the dark around the corner. Followed by there being a random wall at the end where the kitchen is. Just gave off a weird vibe. And then a group of seemingly regulars held the door open for over 5 minutes in the middle of winter as they chatted with themselves. For some reason. And no employee said anything as the people are the tables near the door were complaining, myself included.Service was a little slower than what would seem usual due to being lunch and only a single server being available. The food was really good, I will applaud that. However, the price for a burger and "accompanied" fries is a bit much.Lastly, I find it incredibly unhealthy and disgusting to have a dog freely roaming the dining area. It is against health code violations without a doubt. And then for it to go table to table for an hour literally BEGGING for food, just ruins the entire experience as it is annoying and gross.I wanted to like it, but definitely won't be returning with a dog wandering around asking for my expensive meal repeatedly.

Wonderful place! Service was quick and friendly. The food was very good, made fresh, I highly recommend the fries, they're excellent! The owner came, sat with us for a bit, and chatted with us, answered any questions we had. You can tell how important the community is to them, they are proud of the personal connections they make with others in the community. Highly recommend!

If you don't want to eat alongside a dog, this is not the place for you. It's hard enough to keep a restaurant clean, having a dog which may have fleas makes it even harder and does not make good business sense. Many people say, my dog doesn't bite nor bark. For goodness sake, IT'S A DOG!!
There was no cheese in my carnita burrito which made it incredibly dry. This item is supposed to have onions and peppers, maybe there was 2 pieces of onion and 2 pieces of pepper in the entire burrito. In addition - most online menus are wrong so be prepared for sticker shock - the previous $9 lunch item is now $13.25 and I won't be back. Poorly prepared and way overpriced for a lunch menu in a depressed area.

A welcoming, nicely decorated restaurant. However, the food was disappointing. The only soup they had was chicken noodle which for an $8 bowl had just a few homemade noodles, carrots and very little chicken. The Cinco sandwich's main ingredient was chicken which was a thin, perfectly round piece of inedible, dried out (overdone) meat. The fries were good. I did not appreciate the big unneutered male dog walking around inside the restaurant who sat & stared at us while we ate. The owner or employee finally leashed it.
