Tried ordering a Jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag. They were out of mayo and ranch and BBQ sauce. Changed my order to a baked potato and a chili. They were out of potatoes. Got the chili anyways, didn't get a spoon or crackers. Not a great experience.

Sticky, bug ridden, and every time I’ve gone there the whole staff seems like it’s their first day on earth. The drive thru only takes one order at a time. Meaning they will not take the next order until they’ve made the food for the first order.

Obvious staffing issues at this location, placed a mobile order, and was in the lobby for a half hour trying to pick it up. Our order was the only one on the screen, so it wasn't like there was a string of door dash orders waiting to be picked up.

Once I was inside I was informed that they were out of 3 items I ordered on mobile, but only after I check the receipt and order for all items, we're they just going to hope I didn't notice?

I was also missing one of my burgers, as it was given to another guest, but the counter worker insisted it was made; and it was, just wasn't placed in my order. Instead of remaking the burger, she spent 5 minutes digging through my order with dirty hands to try and find it. In the meantime the rest of the food was getting cold and the frosty was melting.
3 other people came in to the lobby to try and order during this time, and waiting 15 min before they were even acknowledged.
Floor by the pop machine was greasy and slippery, and I almost slipped and fell on the wet floor trying to leave the lobby once I finally had my cold food.
Either more staff or better training is desperately needed here.

Moldy food. Gave me apples that expired five days ago and have blue and green mold all over them. Obviously not something I’ll use from the kids meal 🤣
Machine is usually down at this location.

Worst restaurant ever. It has been a long time since I have been there and I remember why now. The workers are not friendly at all. The food is never made correctly fries are cold. I asked for no ketchup and got home with my food and there was ketchup. What if someone was allergic to it and that was all that was on there 🤔.
