They were very disrespectful got my order wrong and refused to fix their mistakes they don't even deserve one star never going back there anyplace is has to be better than this place

I have gone to this Wendy’s multiple times. The staff needs better training!
They can’t handle more than 1 car in the drive thru without being asked to wait or pull forward.
One time I had a mobile order for pick up - went inside to wait for in and one of the staff member started to call me names such as “dumba—“ because I didn’t tell them I was there for a mobile order. They have a “mobile order pickup” counter. I have never had to tell them I was there before, just wait for my order to be put onto the counter. They didn’t have what I ordered, and they couldn’t give me a refund. (Out of chicken nuggets, lettuce, burger patties, etc) I contacted Wendy’s and was told the manger/owner would contact me for a refund…they never did. I never got my money back. I never got my food or a refund.
There is always trash outside lining the drive true as well.

If you want burnt food and rude employees this is your place both of the last 3 times I've gone the cashier was extremely rude and unhelpful when ordering.
The last three times I went my food is always wrong and today when I went my fries were burnt.

It took a long time and they forgot my fries. But they were polite. It was icy so be careful. Inside was empty only seen one person. No long line.

Went there tonight, ordered a #1 meal the burger was really sloppy and they forgot the fries, the chilli was all beans and didn't find one piece of meat. Gave the chilli to my dog and he was even hesitant about it. Now that's bad. Don't waste your cash on that sloppy place. Bad food, bad service

The worst customer service around. Doordasher took our order and when we went to go pick it up from them like we were told to do so by doordash they refused to make the order. If multiple people show up, and then the person who actually ordered the food shows up and tells you what happened why wouldn't you just make it right instead of arguing with the customer and bitching to your coworkers.

Went with my swim team. amazing service, workers had amazing service, worked fast, and were very nice to our team. The food was superb and nothing I can say bad about. The atmosphere was also amazing with my team there and the workers having a very positive attitude with the large work load.
Parking: It had more than enough room to fit the school bus, we hardly took up any room

Worst Wendy's I've ever had. Customer Service is bad, food is awful. I've been here twice and both times during lunch the fries and nuggets are old and cold and they put tomatoes on my sandwich even though I ask politely no tomatoes..
