They tried to turn me away and she continued to be a negative nacy....Idk the managers name but she is Definitely NOT MANAGING MATERIAL. I'll take my business to Gratiot or Bay locations

The server (at the drive-through) duplicated my beverage order. When I told him I only wanted one, he had to get a manager. She was not pleasant at all. Acted like I had done something wrong and almost snatched the drink out of my hand. I had to ask for fresh fries even tho he assured me when I ordered that they would be fresh.

1 star cus Wendy’s tried to off me :(Ordered pineapple mango lemonade, got strawberry. I’m super allergic to strawberries and they didn’t call about a substitution. Thankfully I’m really careful about consuming anything pink and didn’t drink any of it (my spouse did).Nuggets were good tho

If I could give this place a zero star I would this place is a damn joke they completely messed my order up and the lady was absolutely rude. Where do I start I order food and got it delivered we ordered a chicken wrap and they give me just a tortilla I order a baccinator and I didnt get it. My chicken nuggets were ice cold Wendy’s on state street is absolutely horrible. I don’t recommend this place

Saginaw MI State Street and Hemmeter Wendy's, 4:05 PM 15 minutes to get two cold spicy chicken sandwiches and a kid's meal with cheese that the burger was too charred for chili meat. Drove 3 minutes home, spicy chicken sandwiches were old and cold, the cheese didn't melt on my sandwich, the tomatoes were bad, one bite and I couldn't eat it. Called the store, started to explain to the manager the problem, she started talking over me telling me I didn't know what cold was because she was too busy to serve cold food. I tried again to explain and she again started talking over me. I took the sandwich back, she continued to yell at me that I was the problem, wanted to give me a new sandwich and I said hell no, give me a refund. The whole meal was bad, I received a refund for one sandwich, the customer service was awful, all she had to say was "I'm sorry your sandwich was bad, I'll be happy to replace it." not yell at me that I was wrong.
