I should give both Saginaw, MI locations ZERO stars. First of all, wait in the drive through line, and at drive through speaker are long, even with two cars in line. Then, just wanted a bowl of chili and baked potato. One Saginaw location was out of chili. Drove to the Saginaw other location, and they were out of baked potatoes!!! How does this happen??? Wendy’s sure has went downhill big time over the years. Save yourself some frustration, and go elsewhere. The food and service are not worth it

Sad, just SAD. Went in for lunch on a Wednesday. Line inside was long and unruly with unnecessary to-go orders. (Why are people so lazy??) Anyways you have 1 cashier handling the to-gos and the customers in line. Like I know most people don't want to work for minimum wage but I mean c'mon SERIOUSLY PEOPLE. The soda machine was missing multiple drinks. Tables were nasty and sticky. The fact that I had to spend an HOUR AND A HALF at a fast food place because SOME people are too lazy to even leave their houses to go & get a frosty and fries is so sad, disappointing, and irritating, but yeah that's where we are as a society.......... EVERYTHING IS DELIVERED. (10 years ago this wasn't a thing js)

Wendy's Corp should be ashamed offerring the crabby patty meal for $9. They play to kids with advertising I spent $40 for 4 and it is a single with "special sauce" fry pineapple shake. They should embarrassed.
Kid-friendliness: Crabby patty meal is a big disappointment for kids. I know it's a doggie-dog world out there, but damn.
