It was Wendy's. We had breakfast. Dinning room was modern and clean. We waited several minutes to be acknowledge even though we were the only two people in there. Manager hadn't even put in the till yet. Food was what you've come to expect. Very nice selection of drinks.

The Wendy's in shields is always tasty and fairly quick. I grew up going to that one with my dad and I love that I can still go there to get a frosty when I'm missing my dad. If I've had a bad experience there, I dont remember it

As of 12/30/2024 ive had the worst wendys experience. waiting in line in lobby and ignored, when worker finally came she was unfriendly. The guy acted like we werent here its 7:26 am and havent had a great experience wendys :(
I really enjoy going to Wendy's in Shields, Jarrod is so friendly and always smiling even when he is very busy.There is another guy who came down from Alma to help out and he took made you feel very welcomed,I am sure that these 3 people will be going good places in the future with their friendly, helpful and charming personality.Thank you Wendy's for hiring such beautiful people.
I decided to try the Crabby Patty Meal. Great Idea...however...disappointed. Burger was tiny compared to advertising picture. Pineapple frostie small..very small and just syrup with the vanilla ice cream...I didnt see any pineapple. French fries were best thing of the meal. This may be filling for Plankton..but as for family value...mmmm..I dont think so. An $11.00 mistake. Ive always been impressed with Dave Thomas history of KFC and Wendys. I'll stick with the Double and fries.
