We took our daughter and her friend the other week. The worker was incredibly sweet and patient. Every time we've been there, its just an overall positive and happy experience. And its fun that they have boba for topping options!

I was really looking forward to trying the yogurt, but unfortunately, I never got the chance. We waited in line for a solid five minutes with no one at the counter. We called out for assistance, but no one came. A young employee was behind the counter when we walked in he saw us but then disappeared and never returned. While I don’t place all the blame on the teenager working at the time, I do think this points to a lack of proper training and supervision. The real issue seems to lie with the management. At the very least, the employee should be spoken to, but I believe the current manager on duty should be held accountable with a formal write up

This was fun to fill your own cup with the frozen yogurt. The yogurt was good, but the flavors could have been stronger. They do have lots of great toppings! Worth the try!

Great service staff was extremely police and very professional. My nephew was with us there and was very nice and polite to him. The frozen yogurt was amazing.

I absolutely love yogurt yeti. I hope they never close beings they are the only one left in michigan. I can't have sugar, so I love that they have fat free, sugar free!!

I go here and get exactly what I want/expect. It's easy to serve yourself and understand how it works. You choose your froyo and then move to a counter where someone scoops the toppings you choose onto your dessert. It used to be completely self serve but it seems they are choosing to keep the toppings in cleaner surroundings as they have clear plastic up where you used to be able to reach in. I'm fine with this. This place is always clean, service quick, and prices reasonable. I only wish Midland could have kept one in business.
