Amalfi Baked Bakery

Jennifer at Amalfi Baked made my wedding cake and she absolutely nailed it! She went above and beyond and I couldn't be more pleased with how great a job she did. Not only was the cake beautiful it was delicious!
Ill definitely be ordering from her again and she is a 10 outta 10, highly recommend

Wow! Answered the phone saying who’s this, I ask of they’re a bakery , she says yes, I ask if there a brick and mortar bakery and she hangs up on me!

Won a gift certificate from a raffle on New Years Eve and the owner would not honor it . Owner said gift certificates are only good for 30 days , she wouldn't even honor half of the price . Very poor customer service .Gift certificate was expired before the drawing. IRS needs to look into her donations. Most donations are good for a year, this place only 30 days ,but I would bet she writes all her donations off even tho she doesn't honor them.

Pathetic customer service. She took a cake pop order for our son’s birthday, and then moved up the pickup date because she had to go out of town on a “business trip”. Upon pick-up, the cake pops had been made incorrectly, with white chocolate, when dark chocolate was requested. The owner then stated “well they taste the same”; it was explained to her that it was for a 4 year old boy’s birthday party, and a 4 year old may not see it that way. The owner then stated to take the order and let her know if it wasn’t something that we could accept. After consideration of less than an hour we contacted her and stated this was not acceptable, and what followed was a series of text messages that were embarrassing and unbecoming of any business owner or proprietor. I would never consider using this company again, and would caution anyone I know against it either.

I would also add, that the owner’s response to my above (original) review is unprofessional and blatant lies. No text message from our party was ever “violent or vulgar” further, the owner can remove that falsehood from their response, or they will be facing a lawsuit for libel. Further, her claim that we changed the order to white chocolate over the phone is again completely fabricated, as we never contacted her via phone until today, the day of pickup. I would caution any potential customer to review this owner’s response to not only this negative review, but also their previous negative reviews. They are entirely unprofessional. I added a negative review to Amalfi Baked’s Facebook page, and the owner immediately blocked me from the page. Unprofessional all the way around!

We were delivered a wonderful cake for my sister in law’s wedding. The taste was excellent, the presentation beautiful, and this was a overall a great vendor to work with!

Spectacular baked goods. Cake and cupcakes were Delicious & Fresh, and we received superb service.Our guests still rave about the quality and taste. We will continue to contact Amalfi Baked every time we want to serve cake. (And we LOVE cake ?)

She made cupcakes for my wedding and not only were they so beautiful and exactly what I wanted, but they were delicious! I also got the cake pops and they were a huge hit. Good prices, beautiful desserts, and absolutely delicious. She was very easy to work with and such a sweetheart. Highly recommend!!

incredible baked goods that not only look good but taste amazing.

I was throwing a surprise 50th party for my boyfriend and wanted a cake that was a replica of his favorite Taylor Guitar. It was beautiful and delicious! Met ahead of time to finalize the contract and pay for the cake. It was delivered to my home where all the finishing touches were added. First guitar cake for Amalfi Baked and she nailed it!
