Never ever have I gotten a Big Mac from this Location before that had absolutely no lettuce on it and was freaking cold. I won't be going back til they get better workers in the kitchen. Very much disappointed. Burger King will get our money from now on.

The absolute incompetence of the people that work at this store truly amazes me. Place an on-line order, the lady tells my husband the phone we ordered it on has to be at the store. Incorrect. I can notify them with my phone that is at home. I do this at any other location including others that the Schulz family owns. I call the store and talk to a manager to find out why my order was cancelled. They have no idea. I confirm with my bank that the funds were cleared from my account but now have to wait who knows how long to get my money back. Seriously, thinking that I should open a McDonalds near the Exit 257 so people going to St Clair could skip this place. Poor management and lack of training.

I know Sunday mornings are busy but it seems like every time I come to this McDonalds in St Clair it is such sloooow motion. I did an online order and waited 25 min for my food. The young girl Stephanie (Manager?) was trying to hustle. She was running to outside to get food to customers. This seems like they don't have enough help or their system is just not running smoothly. they need some assistance here. Something needs to change.

This is a 24 hour McDonald's pulled up to restaurant and 2 employees are outside sitting smoking and on their phones and the one tells me were closed. This happened once before recently at same McDonald's. It's poor operation if you close your restaurant but let your employees sit in plain view of customers smoking and on their phones.
