I ahd a bad experience at another mcdonalds, in port huron, when they gave me the wrong toys, and when I tried to call and rectify the problem, I was given attitude and was spoken to very rudely. My sister and I stopped for coffee. Waited at ten minutes, nobody came to the counter. There was a young man who didn't get his hash browns who came in from outside and was waiting before us. My sister finally peeked behind the counter, and said something. We walked out, went down the road and grabbed a cup of coffee. I really hope you can get your issues straightened out there.

Normally don't rate. The older women during morning shift can't work technology. Don't place orders online. They should not be working there. Need younger staff.
