Just showed up to the subway here in St. Clair at 6:40. The doors are locked and the woman inside ignores the person knocking on the door. With a sign that clearly says they are open until 7pm. I probably wouldn't be so upset that she closed early. If she wouldn't have ignored me. She's ignorant and rude. This is the first time I've ever come here and I will never come back.

I was greeted nicely but then was proceeded very rudely for no reason. I asked her about the new protein subs and she answered my question rudely and then was kept being snippy when I was asking about the new product. Im not going to expect first class service at Subway, but she never looked at me the entire time either, no talk at all nothing. Again maybe she was having a rough day and there’s something going on I don’t know about, but there wasn’t even an attempt at good service. Her name was Roxy.

Whenever I order in person and go in. No issues. Pretty straight forward and good. Employees are usually moody but that’s beside the point. My issue is with ordering over the app or online. Whenever I do this, I get my sub and it is just shit. Put together terribly and no sauce. They don’t gaf just because no one is watching them make it. Unbelievable and needs to be dealt with. I might not order from here from now on even though it’s close and convenient. Unenjoyable.

Ordered 2 steak foot long nachos and 2 chicken foot long nachos that were TERRIBLE. Few nachos, dried cheese and hardly any meat or sauce. I could see the bottom of the tray they were in. Had better nachos at the Marysville location.

Shared an overpriced sandwich with my mom here recently. Not long after both of us we're not feeling well. I ended up getting sick and missing a work day. The sandwich itself was pretty good, I won't lie...but it's definitely not worth the gut problems. This sandwich was more like a Trojan Horse of food poisoning. 1/10 would not recommend.
Wont be going back.Was not busy.Older Lady greeted me as what do i want ? Like she just hated her job ! Than Coupon $1.00 off not good on that ! Just terrible rude service.She is in the wrong type of service ! Her rude meaner was the same to next customer.Later i found out she was the new owner ? Manager ? Thats why all the good help left.Cant imagine working with that negative energy .I will go to Jimmy Johns.Its a drive but always smiling and Friendly atmesphere and great sandwiches.

The person making my boyfriends sub was a young woman and she made it very poorly and was even rude when he asked for lettuce and salt and pepper, like it was annoying to make his sandwich with the right ingredients. He said his sub was terrible and was rubbery, and the bread was completely flat and smooshed. He asked for it extra toasted and it was hardly toasted at all so he asked for it toasted again and she’s said she did double toast it. Trash sandwich and trash service. Do better.

I've gotta say this subway was the best I've had in a long time. The 2 girls that were working on 5/13/2023 around 520pm were the best. Nice super polite and my subs tasted great. Now with that being said I stopped in at the subway inside bp on king road at 440pm and they do close at 6 but thought I could still get a couple of footlongs and nope she had everything put away and only had 4 things of bread (understable) as it's an hour b4 close. But could put up fresh baked cookies I couldn't understand why. But anyways it was such worth the drive to the subway in St Clair they made it worth it. I should've gotten ur names. We'll be going back there for my subs forsure.
